In the past few years, I have seen Lauderdale Eye Specialists for my yearly eye exams and contact fittings. The staff Is INCREDIBLY nice and professional doctors. The staff is always friendly. I’ve always made my appointments early in the mornings so wait time is minimal- usually within 5-10 minutes, What I like about the office is their understanding for the patients needs. Not only the office offer alternatives for the procedures but payment options to get the procedure done. Dr Lang is a great benefactor of the community .He is recognize for many of his patients and businesses. If you are looking for a professional office with experience doctors and management , Lauderdale eye specialists is the place to go.

These people had my primary and secondary insurance information for three weeks prior to my appointment. When I arrived I was told a 20% co-pay was due. They wasted my time, cost me money, and forced me to find a new doctor. The staff never once apologized or took responsibility. They did offer to "work out a payment plan for the twenty per cent." What blithe arrogance. The office manager is particularly odious and strangely detached. Post Script: There are so many similar complaints on the web one wonders if this is business ans usual.
I was treated for chronic dry eyes and received excellent care. The physician recommended "plugs" that would help improve the dryness, which definitely helped. They explained everything to me in great detail before, during, and after the procedure.

I went yesterday and saw Dr. Girgis. I am already seeing (LOL) results. The office is well-managed, professional and efficient. Im extremely pleased with the visit. I highly recommend this office.
