Very long wait my father has appointment today at 10:45 am and its now 11:45 still waiting for the lesser procedure I asked the lady at front any idea how long its Gona take she said no idea doctor will see u at the end after all patients who need injections because u need lesser , so whats the point giving me the early appointment, i have been told its only take 5 minutes to do the lesser.I have to meet with some one at 12:00 Oclock and its 11:53 already dont now how long . Very bad poor service from the staff .

Office personnel are terrible! Dont ask questions because you will get the run around like you wouldnt believe. All they do is transfer you from one voice mail to the next with a voice message stating they will call you back "AT THEIR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE", which they never do. And if miraculously you get to talk to a live person for more than 10 seconds, they give you an attitude like your a pain in their you know what.
