I went to see Dr. Ramsey about three weeks ago for an annual exam and to check my contact lenses and glasses that were prescribed to me by another local optometrist. I had been struggling with my prescriptions and it literally took a year with the last Dr. to get something that was just adequate. I am so glad I found this office! Everyone is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. My contacts and glasses that were prescribed by Dr. Ramsey in the first visit were way better than what I have ever had before, but I was still having a few complaints. I went back today, and Dr. Ramsey spent a long time reviewing everything with me, testing, and discussing every aspect of my vision and my needs. He made me feel so comfortable. He never rushed or made me feel like I was expecting too much like the last Dr. I walked out of there today feeling very blessed that there are still Drs. out there who really do care about their patients and take pride in their work. I am highly confident that my eyesight is in very good hands now and would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey and his wonderful staff to anyone who is looking for outstanding eye care!

Many times, people do not take the time to provide feed back when they have received good or great customer service. However, I felt that this was one of those times that I really needed to. I want to thank you Dr. Ramsey for assisting me with my appointment and every area of obtaining the "right" glasses. There is a great deal involved in not only speaking to people, but ministering to their hearts. One may not suspect that something like eyeglasses is a matter of consideration in my duties, however, the confidence that I have in my presentation to my church and others as well as the ability to read my notes has increased exponentially. After years of utilizing the services of several chain-store optometrist, Dr. Ramsey has convinced me to never go back. I first visited Dr. Ramsey in 2014. His office is cozy and very neat. He is courteous and attentive, and I feel that he took his time to do things the right way. I definitely did not feel like a number or just another patient. He took his time to educate me on how to keep my eyes healthy (something I felt was always rushed with other optometrist). He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didnt seemed bothered like many of the optometrist I have seen previously. I will definitely be following up with Dr. Ramsey for future appointments.

I came to see Doctor Ramsey a few weeks ago for glasses and contacts and I could not be more pleased. This is my first time coming to Iconic Care and everyone from the staff to the Doctor himself was phenomenal. One of the things I loved the most was the attention to detail and how thorough the exams were. I can honestly say I left knowing that my eyes were in great hands. The glasses I chose are some of the best quality glasses I have ever worn.I have worn glasses since I was about 14 and the clarity of these glasses make me feel like I am finally able to see for the first time. Extremely pleased and HIGHLY recommend Iconic Eye Care to everyone.

I had a great experience at Iconic eye care! I had an infection in both my eyes that needed immediate attention and without hesitation they booked me an appointment, took me in the same day and was able to give me the right medication needed. My eyes were on the path of a quick recovery. Dr. Adam is very adamant about taking his time to make sure you have the right prescriptions for your contacts/glasses that is comfortable for you. My vision and the health of my eyes was his top priority! The staff at Iconic are awesome! Comfortable & cozy atmosphere and the service was great! I would definitely recommend friends and family!!!

Our experience was wonderful at Iconic Eye Care. We were visiting family in the area and my husband needed to see an eye doctor. Dr. Ramsey saw my husband without an appointment, squeezing him in during his lunch break. He explained every step of the exam, and even showed us pictures of the inside of my husbands eye. My husband now has a better appreciation for his eye health and how it directly correlates with his overall health. Dr. Ramsey did a lot of teaching and explaining, and thats what we look for in any doctor. I referred my 90 year old aunt to him because I know he will take good care of her.

Extremely impressed with the staff! Especially Dr. Ramsey for how he likes to educate all of his patients about how to take proper care of your eyes. He did not have a problem answering all of my questions! Here you get 1 on 1 care, and NOT feel like "a number," like you do sometimes at larger places like Lens Crafters. Last but not least is the WARM AND INVITING EMBIENCE of eye boutique. You will get a personal tour of STATE OF THE ART and COUTURE Eye Wear and fraction of the price you would spend at larger more popular places. Sounds too good to be true, but its not! You will not be disappointed.

From the moment you walk into Iconic Eye Care, your breath is LITERALLY taken away. The customer service was 2nd to none, the office staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Ramsey makes you feel so comfortable. He treats you like a client versus just a patient and he truly cares about your needs. I drove from Orlando to come to the appointment and it was well worth it. If you are in the state of Florida, come to Iconic Eye Care. I promise you, you will not be let down. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. He has earned a lifetime client!

In my experience most medical professionals are condescending and too much in a hurry to get to the next patient.Dr Ramsey is a rare exception who takes the time to explain to you what he is doing and why it is important to your long term eye health.He clearly has a passion for his lifes work as he even went as far as giving me a short tour of the state-of-the -art equipment in his office without losing me with hi tech medical jargon.In the era of fast food Mc service,he is a throwback to the days when Doctors cared.

My son and I went for our eye visits. We were emailed the documents before we arrived and had the option of completing them without being rushed. At the appointment, I had to take my two- and four- year olds with me to meet my husband. The staff found ways to incorporate them as to not interrupt our appointment times. My girls were very happy by the time they left and I wasnt frustrated or worried like I am in most places. The rest of the appointment went smoothly and I recommend for children and adults alike.

Impressive and eventful. The location is really beautiful and had many options for your style of frames. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate with my schedule and budget. Dr. Ramsey is very intelligent and provides great care. I was very impressed with all the gizmos and gadgets he had in his office. So the new technology is great for a timely visit and I didnt have to leave with the usual plastic "sunglasses" after my eyes were dilated. Cant wait to pick up my new frames. .
