Terrible customer service from a Dr. that simply does not care. Made an appointment for 9am. The Dr. did not bother to show or even call is staff letting them know he was going to be late. They advised me that this was not uncommon and they deal with this frequently. Should have expected this after the long wait times previously experienced. Their prices are also extremely high. Shop around and do your homework. So my review is simple... if you want over priced poor service go to Guardian Eye Care FOLLOW UP: The Dr. is not telling the truth. Why would I leave if it was normal for Dr. to come in 15 minutes late without calling? Why would the staff tell me he does this all of the time? I work next door and could have easily waited a few more minutes.. I was not in a rush. I left because the staff told me to after waiting over 20 minutes..... And for Demand force... this is a product designed to help Dr. like this scrub negative reviews, so people cant see the truth.. Why would a Dr. have to solicit reviews using a company like this, instead of just letting people leave reviews on their own. The reviews are rigged. Dont believe check out the company who sold him the product... Everything about demand force is geared towards removing negative reviews... That is the only reason you do not see any! Typical S. Florida Dr. that does not respect anyones time but his own. Shocking in know! Guardian has been in business for many years, yet only 15 reviews on Google and 10 real reviews on Facebook.. Really? if that is not a Red Flag, I do not know what is!!! Then a whole bunch of positive reviews on Demand force? Hmm something seems fishy.... ITs because all negative reviews go to demand force first.. They attempt to scrub out the negative ones leaving only the positive one to publish...

I was referred to Dr. Shipley through my insurance provider. I was greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile as soon as I walked through the door. Dr. Shipley was very thorough during the exam and extremely patient as I had not been to the eye doctor in several years and I had a lot of questions. This establishment gives you a small town feeling which is almost unheard of in this day and age.
