The best of the Best: Dr. Adina Gould is such as amazing person, she cares about you and the healthiness of your eyes. She explains to you everything on details the illness and the possible treatments…. She is very professional! The services is fantastic, I have been in many places but nothing like Gould Vision! I would recommend her for anyone. Congrats and thanks for helping me with my eyes illness. (se habla Espanol) Lo mejor de lo mejor: Dr. Adina Gould es una persona maravillosa, ella se preocupa por usted y por la salud de sus ojos. Dr. Adina Gould siempre te explica con detalles la enfermedad y las posibles soluciones para ella. Demasiado profesional! Y nada que hablar del servicio al cliente por que es fantastico!! Dr Gould falsely represents herself as being a specialist in childrens Optometry. while, nothing could be further from the truth. Although she technically is an optician/optometrist, she is most definitely not an ophthalmologist nor any sort of expert in children. She MISDIAGNOSED my 2 year old son in a MAJOR way, up sold us eyeglasses for him same day on the spot, when the exams she preformed were completely inadequate. Doubting her professionalism and skills we saw two ophthalmologist one at St Nicklaus hospital and another at Scrips clinic in California (with actual Surgeons/Ophthalmologists) that both noted Dr Gould is a joke if she could clearly not realize my son has perfect eyes sight. My son wore her eyeglasses for a full week, and it could have seriously damaged his eyes sight had we not questioned her practice. To top it all off she never dignified herself to return any of my several phone calls, some while sitting in the doctors office. Completely unprofessional and grounds for a malpractice suit! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I am happy that I finally get to review Gould Vision because I have been going there for many years and love the doctors and the staff. I get a check up every summer and now that I have moved further away, Dr. Gould is one of the very few doctors that I refuse to replace. Now I have to drive much further through rush hour traffic too, but it is worth the time and distance. Dr. Gould is fun and easy and gives me the attention I seek. Her staff, Natalie and Vicky are remarkable. They are warm and friendly and still very professional and knowledgeable. They will go out of there way to battle with insurance companies at your best interest. They never appear stressed although they are capable of servicing several patients at a time and have truly made me feel as though I have knowned them for ever. Like I said, they are worth the distance and I would refer them to anyone who needs an optomitrist. C. V.

I was in desperate need to find a new eye doctor because I had tried 2 or 3 different places and I was not happy with any of them. Last week I decided to "google" providers of Silhouette eyewear in Miami Beach, Florida, and Dr. Goulds office was the first place that popped up. Although I was not seen by Dr. Gould, and another doctor saw me on Saturday; Dr. Cothran was very nice and very efficient. Moreover, I am very happy with the treatment the staff gave me. Vickie was exceptionally helpful with helping me choose the right frames for me, and treated me like "gold". I now will recommend this place to everyone I know because my experience was phenomenal. Thank you!

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! Went in for a check-up after noticing my vision was getting a bit blurry. I instantly fell in love with the ambiance! The staff is amazing (Vicki is a delight!), and Dr. Gould is a passionate professional. After checking my eyesight, Dr. Gould took the time to help me pick a pair of glasses since I didnt know where to start. With the positive energy in the room, I picked a pair of Oliver Peoples recommended by her that flattered my face like nothing ever before, and something I wouldve never tried on, ended up being the nicest style for my face! The entire process was a very pleasing. Dr. Gould has become my permanent Optician FOR LIFE!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Highly unprofessional and dishonest, terrible customer service and poor communication skills. My husband has waited over 6wks for his prescription sunglasses and they are blaming previous staff having Alzheimers. They are now blaming our insurance company when Dr Goulds staff claimed responsibility, initially. Colleen, the office manager is rude, unprofessional and not willing to offer a solution. When we asked to speak to Dr Gould, she said she is out of the office. When we asked for copies of our medical records, she is claiming their printer is out of ink. Find a different eye Dr as you will be very disappointed with this office.

What an AMAZING experience! They have a lot of fancy equipment to show you what is really happening with your eyes and THEY EXPLAIN everything after the exam. VICKY has a FABULOUS selection of the latest styles by the top designers. I absolutely love my Fendi sunglasses and my Cazal glasses that I received earlier this year. Vicky and Natali helped me to make great eyeglass choices. Everyone in my family has followed me here and we all love DR GOULD! This is the place to go for your eye exam. Great hours (EVENING & SATURDAY), Great Staff (Vicky & Natalie), Great service,Great location (easy parking access), Great choices and Great care (DR GOULD)!!

DAN - February 25, 2012 - Dr. Gould and her professional staff are AWESOME!!! Ive seen Dr. Gould since 2009 as I had moved from out of state and relocated to Sunny Florida!!! I was truly WOWED with the first visit! Although I was a total stranger, Dr. Gould and her staff made me feel right at home as if I had been a customer for years. My appointment time was promptly met and all of the staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Dr. Gould didnt seem rushed at all, like most doctor visits, regardless of specialty. She took her time, was very thorough, even explaining things I would need to monitor as I aged.

Dr. Gould diagnosed a problem I had by taking the time to ask a complete history of symptoms & by doing a thorough examination. She took care of the problem with a simple procedure. This was something that was "missed" at a different clinic a few weeks prior. Adding to the great experience was the extremely helpful receptionist. They didnt have a pair of new Maui Jim sunglasses I had seen at a retail store, so she did an online search. The order was made that day & I was called shortly after when my new sunglasses arrived. I highly recommend Dr. Adina Gould & Gould Vision for quality care and products!

Dr. Goulds office was perfect. I had been trying to find a Dr that not only would take my insurance but also actually have an opening in less than a two month period! The receptionist immediately found me an opening and fit me in two days later! The staff at the office were EXTREMELY nice and PROFESSIONAL. I must confess, I hadnt been to an eye exam in over 15 years, and this office made my visit worthwhile. I was seen by Dr. Thompson and she was very professional and explained all my options well as well as results of all exams. Great Doc! Thank you all at Dr Adina Goulds office...
