I have been going to Dr. Eric Radzwill for several years. He loves new technology so he is always updating his equipment and is up to date on the state of the art in optometry improvements. Hes a doctor that has turned into a friend and gives excellent service. Hes just gotten new equipment that aided him in giving me the best prescription for contacts Ive had in years. Over the years, Ive had something come up over off hours/weekends (scratched corneas) and Eric always answers my calls, hunts down prescriptions when I havent been able to find a pharmacy who has the medicine, and stays with me until we can solve the problem. Hes the best! I highly recommend Dr. Eric Radzwill of Radzwill Optometric Services.

STAY AWAY!! This place is a scam! Either theyre completely clueless about how insurance benefits are supposed to work for patients or theyre brilliant at double scooping theyre costs by refusing to line item out client bills/receipts. Theyre also one of the most expensive offices in the region...charging more money because they can get away with it given the clientele of the fancy Galleria Mall. The main doctor doesnt even visit this location, so forget about talking to a knowledgeable doctor.

I have known Dr. Radzwill for years and have come to rely on his expertise and experience in guiding my family and myself. There is no one I would refer to except Dr. Radzwill for any concerns of the eyes. Plus, it does not hurt that his office is in the mall so there is no need to wait, as his staff can call you when you appointment is about to start so you can meander through the mall.
