Had to fix new lens on an old frame. I had notified them that I needed the glasses ready as soon as possible, since that was the only pair I had. The lady told me that she will give me a call by the weekend(ie 3 days later). Did not get a call on the weekend. I waited for 3 more days and gave them a call. Firstly they were not able to trace my glasses at all. Later it was found not to be in the shop and that someone else(from the shop) was carrying it around. I have no idea why!!! Other than this, prices of the frames seems to be too overpriced. I am not coming back here in future.
