This store used to be good in 2014. Now it is a terrible mess. I ordered a pair of glass and a set of contact lenses with them. They kept me more than two hours in the store while they (including the boss) were figuring out the paper works. But what happened later just proved that they didnt know what they were doing at all. Two weeks later they told me my glasses cannot be made as I originally ordered. I have to compromise and switch to something with poorer performance. Then another two weeks passed (>1 month since ordering) and nothing happened. For the contacts, things are even worse. More than one month later they said they are still trying to get my insurance company to approve the application. I have made the same contact orders before and had absolutely no problem with my insurance company. It makes no sense that this time things get so slow. In brief, these people dont know how to do business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM!!!

It is one of the worst Optometry in Bay Area, staff doesnt know the customer expectation, since from beginning of my appointment I was telling them again and again regarding my visit was for contact lens and instead of telling me upfront the co-pay they were forcing me to go for eye exam, and finally after meeting with Doctor I said no for eye exam as I already had a exam few months back. I also tried to order the sun glass from my spouse and they change the final price 2-3 times each time by adding some new factor. I also found that they have worst collection of frames and all non branded frames are over priced. It was complete waste of time for me and my family to visit there.

Ive been coming here for the past few years and have always had a good experience. The staff is knowledgeable and are really good with explaining what services I can get with my insurance. Dr. Liou is patient and professional and addressed all my concerns. I will continue to use their services.

I had my first experience with them and I found Dr. Hseih very skilled and professional. I am thinking of getting my annual exam done from them from now on. Moreover, they accept VSP and handle all the reimbursements themselves.

The doctors are very nice, but the scheduling is poor. The average wait time is 20 to 30 minutes. Today its 50 minutes. I would appreciate if they call me in advance, so I can come in later. Very frustrated.
