Extremely poor service and very rude. Has no ettiquetts to talk with his own staff. Was talking very rudely with her own staff who was helping me. It was sad to see poor girl saying sorry to him. He contradicted most of her statements. No integrity here. The owner is super cheap. Didnt give me a copy of my order in print when I requested to give, to save his photocopier print. Wasnt helpful. I will highly discourage anyone to come to this place, unless you wanna ruin your peace of mind. I have hardly experienced such a customer exp in US where customer is the least important person. I went to this place coz this was the only place open as most other places close little early in downtown. However, I regret my decision.

Ive been going to dr Chin every year for the last ten years. He is very through in the exams spending a very long time on each patient. Ive been happy with the prescriptions and the recommendations Ive gotten from him.

This optometrist writes his own raving reviews. He is borderline malpractice and lacks integrity. He writes incorrect prescriptions and bills twice. He also gives misinformation. Dont risk your eyes on him.

I have been seeing Dr Chin for about 8 years. Hes very thorough and thoughtful, and extremely friendly. I trust Dr Chin. However, if you just want something quick and cheap this may not be your place.
