MY FIST TIME IN 2015 WAS AWESOME. I HAVE HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS PLACE THIS YEAR! SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED WHERE THE ORIGINAL DOCTOR IS NO LONGER THERE. THE LADY WHO CLAIMS TO BE A MANAGER HAS ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. SHE CONSTANTLY INTERRUPTS HER CUSTOMERS, TRIES TO FIND A WAY TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO AT THAT OFFICE. SHE HAS BEEN VERY SNEAKY ABOUT MONEY. TRIES TO FIND A REASON TO CHARGE YOU FOR A NEW EXAM WHILE YOUR OLD EXAM IS STILL VALID. SHE ALWAYS MAKES THAT ITS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT OVER MISUNDERSTANDINGS AND CLAIMS THAT SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY. THAT LADY NEEDS TO BE LET GO . SHE IS TRYING TOO HARD TO BRING IN REVENUE INTO HER BUSINESS AND FORGETS HOW THE IMPORTANCE OF CURTSY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST FOUR WEEKS NOW AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER. SHE NEVER CALLS YOU OR COMMUNICATES WITH YOU ON THE PROCESS. THIS HAS BEEN REALLY HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK NEXT YEAR.

I created an account to write a review for Silicon Valley Optometry Center. My two sons started to wear Ortho-K lens couple of months ago. I am very happy with the experiences I have. My special thanks will go to Ethan (I hope I spelled the name correctly), he taught/trained my sons how to put on/take off the contact. He uses his own experience, his teaching is very informative and detailed. Because of his teaching, my son has a very smooth experience with Ortho-K lens. Dr. Wun is very patient and dedicated, she helped my little boy to get the lens that fit. I have recommended Dr. Wun to my boss, and I definite will give a five star to the center and every person who works there.

So one of the doctors said I had a little problem with my eyes and that its a little cross eyed. he told me he works for another place and can help me train and fix my vision for a few thousand dollars (INSURANCE NOT COVERING IT). I said No. Got a pair of glasses that made me feel dizzy even after 3 months of using it. Forget this place. By the way the asian receptionist was so rude and when I was trying to schedule a appointment, she abruptly just said BLAHBLAHBLAH Bye.*HUNG UP without me even saying anything back.

I had a really bad experience over there, they were mean, especially angela . After my exam they had to make an eyeglass for me under my insurance, but they made me wait for a long time and they said i am inactive user at my insurance but when i called insurance they said i am active and they never called them. They lied to us .they had a really amateur behavior. They called me and said to not go there to get the eyeglass

I have to say I was not too impressed with this place...the Doctors dont seem to really know what they are doing and no one really communicates very well. I was told my contacts would come in in a week and its been two weeks and Im still waiting. If you can avoid it...dont go here.
