At first i felt the service was ok, while i waited for the exam i was helped to look for glasses but when it was time for the exam, i was asked to take off my contacts and place them into the contact case which i thought was new. When the exam was over dr. cepeda asked me to return the contact case because he said they reuse them. He put it back into the original box as well. i was digusted because i get ALOT of eyes infections and i knew that contact case i used was probably not new and i was prone to infections from others. Not hygiene at all!!

I like the old location better it had more sitting space bigger and better and the doctor here is great but one thing you might have to stand cause limited to sitting but its all worth it cause hes the best clean doctor cause someone tried on glasses they didnt like the nurse took them and cleaned them then I tried it on

Wow! In my opinion the office staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. They were somewhat rude as well. With so many optometrists available its better to save yourself the grief and go some where they actually act like they want their clients.
