Banfield in Bridgewater NJ is TERRIBLE. I had to wait 5 full days to bring my cat for an ear infection. The wait time was not bad for the appointment. The vet was in a rush - we checked out and went home after the appointment. Problem was...the vet did not give us the medication for our cat! AND....the location was closed for the day. My husband returned the next morning for the medication - which was not packaged and ready. The vet recommended a topical cream, which she said was available at drug stores. It was not. I returned to the location in person and waited for help. Shawn is OUTSTANDING and shines at that location. He took the info down and called the vet, who is not usually at that location. 24 hours later, I called and had a condescending woman answer the phone - she was the opposite of Shawn. She said the medication was available there, for another $25. Ridiculous. This location is overwhelmed with business they dont deserve. Quite obvious they do not care for their patients care. Again, Shawn was fabulous!

Ive taken all of my animals to this location for years, the staff is great. You can tell that they really care. I usually see whatever veterinarian they have available for the time Im trying to schedule an appointment for so Ive seen many of the doctors and theyve all been very kind, informative, and compassionate towards my animals and myself. Ive had some bad experiences with other vets from a different practice in the past so Ive been very grateful for Banfield and their honesty! Receptionists and technicians are usually the same each time I come in with my pets and theyre just as helpful and understanding. My only complaint is that they tend to be overbooked and understaffed, not all of the time but some days its obvious. Can be expected from such a place but sometimes you will be waiting for a very long time. Otherwise great place, great staff, and some of the most affordable care available in the area.

Horrendous experience. The receptionist was completely overwhelmed when only having to help three people. I had to give all my information twice before she put it in the computer correctly. This is after saying it three times when I booked the appointment. I had specifically asked if I needed to bring my one year old cat in for a check up since he wasnt due for shots for a few months. They said yes multiple times. When I got into the exam room, and they looked at my paperwork, they said I didnt need to be there. My poor cat had to go for a car ride (which everyone knows cats hate) and wait twenty minutes to be seen for three minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never take a pet there for real service. Never!

11/12/16 You can be here on time and make you wait close to an hour. Dont schedule so many appointments if you dont have enough staff. THE ONLY VET I RECOMMEND AT THIS LOCATION IS DR. TOSH... He is the only vet I would trust with my baby. I didnt see him for months and he still remembered my babys case. Ive gone to the one in Edison and theyre amazing on time the times Ive been there. They put me in a room right away. But tbh in thinking of just taking my baby of the plan. Why pay 40 bucks a month if you only really use the service a few times a year. But its still up in the air.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Green!!! I have visited with the other vets as well who were also very kind and helpful. Some of the front desk staff seems overwhelmed, but thats not their fault. They are probably just understaffed and overworked. They always do their best and are always super kind and friendly regardless!

I have 2 dogs with wellness plan. I totally recommend Dr Green, but all staff is amazing.
