When I called Bill Carter for a job i wanted him to do, he told me everything I wanted to hear. When my wife picked up the dog, what we agreed upon was not what was provided. I tried to contact him PERSONALLY but he wouldnt respond to me, then the vet called a family member instead of me to vent about me questioning him. Bill should have made arrangements to examine the dog prior to promising me something he could not accomplish. I suppose HIPPA laws dont apply to the veterinary world?!! very unprofessional! All I asked "for the dog i just adopted" was that the quicks be brought back as short as possible because my 100 lb Rottweiler/pitbull hates getting his nails cut and nearly passes out when I bring him to the grooming salon from the stress, so I figured the best solution was for Dr. William Carter to put the dog under and get the quicks shortened, which is what we agreed upon but he did not follow through. The idea was so we wouldnt have to stress the dog out every week by nail trimmings, maybe we could go once a month to do his nails instead. Needless to say, I went to a grooming salon a week later to get his nails done once again, and they did a fantastic job. Sincerely, Eric Stephenson P.S., Ms. Dr. Carter is very kind.

Theyre willing to offer services that fit your budget while still ensuring your pets get the care they need. We drive a good 30-40 minutes just to come to this veterinarian. Not only is the staff great but the doctors are top notch. They take their time with my dogs and prove to be extremely knowledgeable. We feel safe and comfortable having our dogs see them. Highly recommend!!
