The entire staff is absolutely phenomenal. Every single person we encountered here was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. Our Sophie was very ill and they did whatever they could to help her. We are devastated about the loss of our fur baby but the interactions with the staff that we have received goes far above their call of duty. Our hearts are on the mend but as soon as we can open our home and hearts to another pup, we know where we will be taking he or she for the best care around! **To the staff, I would like to sincerely take the time, to let you all know that my family truly appreciates all that youve done to help our little fur baby. While our hearts are heavy, I can honestly say I believe that you guys have done everything in your power to help my Sophie girl. So from the bottom of my heart... Dr. Casulli and Dr. Hallihan are the best vets around. My 2 amazing 15 year old cats just passed away- each one within three months of the other. Both had cancer. We had to euthanize them, as they were wasting away and in terrible pain. I had terrible guilt over this decision but the doctors explained my options (chemo, etc.) and were kind and caring to help me through this difficult process. I now have 2 dogs and they have taken wonderful care of them as well. We have them board there on occasion and the staff treats them like royalty! Both the doctors and staff are fantastic. A+++++

Calling a vets office on a Friday at 5:55pm is always risky. You never know if theyre going to answer or stay open to see an emergency. Lets just say, the DR and staff were amazing. Even though we werent a current patient, they kept the clinic open as we rushed over to have them look at our puppy. They took him back right away and our puppy was thankfully [almost] as good as new by the next morning. What a great group - thank you!

My dog has been coming to Animal Care Centers since she was a puppy. She was so sick and Dr. Casulli was so gentle, kind, and caring and was able to diagnose my dogs illness and give her the treatment she needed. All the staff (reception, technicians, doctors) at Animal Care Centers are so wonderful and truly care about your pet and will go above and beyond to assure they are taken care of. They really treat them like family.

I have a very difficult dog. She has freaked out at other vets. When I brought my dog to Animal Care Center in Flanders, they have another location in Landing too, but I only went to Flanders, Dr. Casulli, and Dr. Hallihan personally took care of my dog and we worked together to come up with a plan to make the next visit better. I now have a happy and healthy dog, and visits to the vet are easy.

I brought my dog here in an emergency and my regular was not open. Having never met my dog or myself they treated us like we were family. For a situation that was so difficult for me they went out of their way to try every option and provide my best bud with everything they could. I would def recommend them to anyone who ask and will use them when the time comes again.

Very willing to help you to get you furry friend in. Helped me with a payment plan more then once to get my baby seen. They are the best in the area. Jen is the most understanding person and more then willing to try and help you. She has never made me feel bad for my situation.

The staff here are great. Took care of both my guinea pigs and were super nice about everything too. They called to check up on my little guys and even sent a condolence card after he passed. Would defiantly go there again.
