We brought our daughter to this specific one because the star rating was pretty good. Let me start with the positive, the office was clean, staff was very friendly, my daughter enjoyed her visit as much as she could for being sick. Now the negatives.... my 3 year old woke up in the middle of the night weezing and puking up what it looked like was mucus, has been running a fever off and on and her eyes are swollen and goopy. They told me to give her allergy medicine and there was nothing wrong with her. I was reluctant that there is and she needs an antibiotic but Im no dr so I took the diagnostic and bought allergy medicine. Fast forward 6 hours shes on her new allergy medicine in major pain running a fever of 102 & my 3 year old put herself to bed shes so miserable. I missed work today for a wrong diagnose, gave my child unnecessary medine to treat her for something thats not wrong with her and once again have to take my 3 year old, 2 y.o. and 3 month old baby to the ER I guess this time and hopefully they treat her for the correct illness. I just wish drs would listen to you when you speak to avoid this.

Went in to be seen, gave the young lady my insurance card, she looked at it as if it were a foreign language or something. Then she stated shes going to have to call my insurance, so I filled out the forms while she did so. I went to turn in my documents she stated to (after she pulled some papers off the printer) that I have to pay the whole visit up front!! The contracted amount between my insurance and them which can start at $106 and up depending on what the dr does!!! Ive only had to pay a copay up front (which my insurance doesnt have one) I will never go here again idc if Im bleeding out of my head!!! Take me somewhere else!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

My daughter had double ear infections and we could not get in to see her doctor after trying for two days. I called first and was greeted by Megan who was very nice and informative. When we arrived, she was just as pleasant in person. We were called back quickly and attended to just like a regular doctors office visit. The nurse and doctor (Dr. Ahmad) were kind, considerate, and explained things thoroughly. I will definitely go back if needed! Thank you so very much!

Came in for an ear infection. The wait is okay about an hour now but instead of seeing me, or other patients who are waiting, they are sitting outside my door gossiping about another physician and how they do things. Not only is this unprofessional but a breach of ethics. Sitting waiting to get treated while you gossip is not a good thing. I guess since I only had an ear infection they decided that I could wait an extra 20 minutes.

I had a wonderful visit - absolutely no waiting. Doctor listened to me and answered all my questions. The attending nurse was also very pleasant, thorough and and answered all my concerns. I love the fact that the Urgent Care office called me back the day following my visit to check on me and see how Im doing. Thank you so much - all in all, great visit and very much recommended
