I wish I could give a 0! I drove 3 hours to Indianapolis feeling extremely bad stopped at this minute clinic at 7pm 30 minutes before closing. The NP came out as I was attempting to check in and stated he wasnt taking any new patients hes currently seeing a patient and when hes done with him its going to be closing time. I explained to him I feel horrible I just drove 3 hrs and I believe I have strep throat and Im driving with my baby and 3 kids. He went back into the office and came out with a paper of other clinics. I told him Im from Chicago and my insurance only covers Minute Clinics outside of the university of Chicago. He said Im sorry Ill be happy to see you tomorrow.

Im going to have to agree with the other posts thus far. Came to this location, with probably 25mins until closing. The African-American NP came out, and said she was done for the day. I asked her if she could please help, I explained to her I was a soldier, and had a training event the next morning. She said with a very cavalier attitude she was done for the day and wouldnt see me. I felt extremely disrespected and I was very unhappy with her level of professionalism. I have always had a good customer experience at every CVS I have been to, but I will never return to this minute clinic for care.

The black nurse practitioner is very rude and full of herself, when i was done she gave me my change and didnt bother to say anything so i went ahead and said "thank you have a nice day" and she just walked away without uttering a word. I dont know who that woman thinks she is, just the fact that she is a nurse practitioner she thinks she can look down on others and be rude. As if she will never become sick? i hope she knows that what goes around comes around.

Have been to this MinuteClinic a few times now and each time they have really gone above and beyond to take care of me. This time the Nurse practitioner even went out to the pharmacy area to help me get the correct list of medications that I should take for the virus I have that has been going around. There can be a wait at this location from time to time so I would recommend checking in online.

Wow... They close the clinic at 7 pm. The "nurse" comes out and tells me at 6:15 that shes only seeing one more patient. Its me and one other woman in the waiting area and she was there before me. Im out of luck. I thought this was a "minute clinic"... She basically shooed me away. Not friendly!!! Wont return.

I came to this clinic with bronchitis and was helped by Paul and a student in training. They were attentive, helpful, quick, and knew what they were talking about. All the things that are becoming rarer and rarer in the health care industry today. For minor issues, I would definitely recommend this minute clinic.
