Not sure what changed over the past two years, but scheduling was not a priority. I had to continuously call until the scheduler finally answered because when she did return calls, days later, she didnt leave messages. She was cold and talked over me. I requested a 3D. Instead of telling me they didnt have the equipment she said if your insurance doesnt cover it youd be responsible. After verifying my ins does I called to request that then she over talks me and says it isnt available. Every encounter in person, on the phone she was rude. Not the personality for this position or company. I will not return to this location. I did not have this experience with my two prior appts.

I have used this facility for many years and have always received consistent treatment. They are thorough, friendly, and I receive a report quickly. If there is a concern, I am notified by phone call within a couple of days to come in for further diagnostic testing. I also appreciate the privacy and comfort while waiting. They get me in and out quickly, which I appreciate!

Staff are very professional and nice; facilities are excellent, reports are thorough and sent out quickly. Have been there three years in a row and will continue to use Baptist Health Breast Center for my annual mammograms.
