Staff is friendly and I love my 2 boys new doctor. Dr. Pryor is amazing nad has helped so much with my son since being diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety..Unfortunately recently I have had many bad experiences with staff being very unorganized and I hate the fact that you can never get a simple answer its always take name and number and get a call back and usually not even the same day. I understand they are buys and see a lot of patients but why have so many that you neglect that ones youve had long term we have been going to Barrington for 8+ years and now for simple illnesses we end up having to make a trip to the ER because a doctor can never see us within a couple days . I even had an appt scheduled a few months ago it was an early appt at 8am . I got both my boys up and got to the office only for a staff member to call me on my cell as I was unloading my boys to tell me they would have to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was running late any parent can understand the frustration in that and they werent even apologetic about it not one bit . Also they will call several times and several different staff members and leave messages for me while im at work but never say what they are calling for and then when i call back there are no notes so once again its a let me take your name and number and call you back and then the process just repeats that way for a week or so until I just quit calling back.

I have had 2 bad experiences here at Barrington. The first time I made an appointment for my son nd when I showed up, early, I still ended up waiting almost an hour to be seen. The second time, I called on Wednesday to ask about their walk-in hours. I was told the hours were from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm, so I showed up at 3pm. Upon arriving and the front door being open, there was no one at the front desk. After finding 2 nurses in another room, I began knocking on the window to try and get their attention. After I finally get 1 of the nurses attention, she comes up to the window with a nasty look on her face and says "I cant let you in, were closed!" She could have at least came to the door and spoke to me with some decency instead yelling from the other side of the window. This was the last straw for me and Barrington and I will be finding another clinic to take my kids to. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is becuase they offer a number of services that is really convenient.

My daughter started going here after years of telling her Dr.s at St. Francis she had some issues they sent us to therapist and the therapist would try to contact the Dr. And nothing. So after one visit here everything was taking seriously and the problem is on its way to being fixed and we have never waited more than ten minutes to see the Dr.!!!

My oldest daughter has been going to this clinic for 11 years, it used to be a great clinic the last 3 years i have had the worst experiences. The nurses dont return your calls and the wait is just rediculous and their diagnoses are guessed when they are not sure. I would recommend a diffrent clinic I am in the process of switching.

They have a huge issues with calling back. That is really my only issue. My daughters pediatrician is the best. Answers all questions and treats you like you are number one. Doesnt make the appointment feel rushed when hes running behind.

The nurses never return calls. Ive been waiting over 6 hours for a call. Ive called 3 times and all they say is she is with a patient and theyll send her a note to not forget about me.

I have been taking my kids there since my son was born 5 years ago. Friendly staff and usually can do same say appointments even its with another doctor.
