Its not that the place stinks. The nurses and staff are really nice and friendly. Its just that they always have nurses and nurse practitioners instead of doctors. They do their best but really dont know how to deal with things more complex than colds or flus. If youre in pretty bad pain or cant get to your regular doctor right away I wouldnt suggest this place for anything too complex. The way some insurances are, if its not classified as an emergency but you go to the ER anyway then you have to pay out of pocket. Theres really no middle ground for some of us and this place kind of disappointed me. Again, not disrespecting the people who work there by any means.

We are new to the area and visited today, the care was phenomenal they were patient with our questions and provided very knowledgeable feedback. I also appreciated they told us the wait time and they were right on time, and were very apologetic that we had a wait at all. We had an excellent visit with great care, I would recommend to anyone.

I see a lot of people complaining the wait time. Which I find ridiculous. You would just as long, if not longer at the hospital. Immediate care is also cheaper, and they give better care in my opinion. I received excellent care earlier, and felt genuinely cared for.

Waiting forever ! And I can hear outside my room talking about theirs personal liives. Do u job I dont pay u money for me to wait. For and hour when no1 else is hear !

I love everyone that works there!!! All of the ladies at the front desk are so nice!! The nurses are all wonderful! They are even good with my Kids!!!!
