I do not currently have a family doctor so I decided to try CMG Family Wellness Center in Franklin, Indiana. I was the only patient in the waiting room, but I was made to wait for nearly 45 minutes. I was finally seen and given a prescription. They asked me to come back in two weeks for a quick follow up. I did, but the follow up was very rushed, like they didnt have time for me or didnt care. I was seen for a total of about 45 seconds. When the bill finally arrived, I was billed for two full exams. After spending weeks playing phone tag, I was finally told that the followup exam was a full exam and "they did everything for you then that they did for the first visit," which is absolutely not true. I will definitely not be returning.

I came here for a consultation about a new pill I wanted to try out. All I had done besides the consultation was my vitals were taken, just like at every other doctor. When I left, I payed my $30 copay and that was all. I didnt end up getting the prescription for the pills or anything. A few months later, I get a bill for $156 saying I had a physical done. Since when did I have one done and since when do they cost hat much?

Georganne is very good with me, I could talk to her about what Im concerned with and shes not impatient with me, she listens and gives me helpful advice of what I should do or try and have done. The nurses are great too. They dont rush me, they listen to me and helped me out a lot. Im glad that they are in town and I can reach them if I have questions or concerns.

They never answer the phone. I just literally tried calling for 45 mins. No answer...but if you leave a message with the machine they call you back immediately. Why is a doctors office screenin calls. Very obvious and unprofessional. All I needed was to refill a script. Cant wait for another new doctor to come to town.
