Went to the doctor for a throat problem and they give me medication insurance wouldnt cover. and I called the office at the pharmacy to get something i could afford. i called and called to try to get something to help me ended up suffering for 5 days. of all the times i called. only received 1 call back and got told no she hasnt got to it . its not a minor problem when u cant breath when laying down cant sleep .. i wouldnt refer my dog to this doctor Sheri Cheng, M.D. its pretty sad people have to suffer . why even go to the doctor if this is how it is . .. this is the Worst medical practice ive ever seen

I have been using Windrose since 2009. They have a great, caring staff and always do their best to accommodate my needs. Not to mention the sliding fee scale which has really helped me when I was between jobs. I would and have recommended them to own family if that says how I feel about their care. Shout out to Dr. Raj, Dr. Cortez (No longer there, but he was a great guy), Abby and my current primary Dr. Katona P.S. They always give me a sticker or a sucker when I leave. If I ask that is. ;)

They stop accepting patients half an hour before they close. That would have been helpful to know BEFORE I got there. Lady at the desk was nice though, and it seemed fairly clean.

I LOVE my doctor there but its touch and go when I try to call in and make an appointment. Phone just rings and rings 9/10 times you call.

Staff was very nice, got me in quickly. Whole process took 20 minutes which is great when you have a 6 month old with a fever!
