The doctors are great here but the staff here needs to step it up. I had a one year old and 2.5 year old who got flu shots. They scheduled me for the next appointment on my way out of the first shot. I called to confirm the appointment the day of the second appointment and let them know we would be 5-10 minutes late as a courtesy and to keep communication before leaving. When we arrived thye told me that they scheduled it wrong and could not give an infant a second shot within 30 days. I took off work and had to take two screaming kids into the facility.. sat there for 25 minutes to find out that I needed to reschedule and come back. Very frustrating and easily could have been avoided when I called to confirm the appointment or if they had properly scheduled the appointment in the first place.

My doctor at this place refused to give me some of my medication because it wasnt what st vincent believed in. Denying someone their medication is wrong and I will switch my doctor if it happens again
