Not a place that focuses on its clients at all. Doesnt even deserve a full star. First, I needed to go through Aspire to be put on a partial schedule for school to help with my recovery. My therapist said that she wanted it to happen at my appointment, but refused to even call my counselor at school to help me out. She stated that her manager said she couldnt. So while my parents and I were trying to figure everything out with the school, we were trying to call her. My therapist wouldnt pick up her phone for the school, for my parents, for me. She wouldnt respond to anyone. I ended up having to go to my primary care physician to get the note. Also, I signed up for a med evaluation 2 months in advance. It got cancelled by the doctor due to "personal reasons". For someone with depression, its not good to not be on medicine or to have to wait a long time to get medicine, especially because it takes a bit to be at full effectiveness anyway. So I asked if I could have an earlier appointment, but they said they couldnt schedule it any sooner than a month out. I voiced my concern about my condition worsening and the front desk lady gave me the suicide prevention hotline. That is not what I needed. I needed better service. Then, when it came to my re-scheduled appointment, I had a conflict with a trip that my mom has been wanting to take with me and she had just been able to get time off for it. I talked to the front desk lady again about wanting to re-schedule if I could get a time that wasnt too far out. She was very rude to me (as she has been in the past) and said that Im better off just keeping my appointment. Do yourself a favor and dont come here to get help. Go to one of the many other places in Carmel.

This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life . They are ignorant , rude and dont give 2 craps about their clients . And I cant even take my son elsewhere because they refuse to send over paperwork stating that he no longer gets services there so insurance will pay at another place . I have already filed 2 complaints with the state . Nobody will return my phone calls and if I have to miss work and go into the Noblesville location .. things will be getting REAL .. very quickly . I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody .. even as a last resort . Scum . Pure scum ! The doctors , managers OR even the directors refuse to return your phone calls and messages . Its just plain ridiculous .

Ive been a patient for over 20 years. Back when I first came here it was very patient focused. Now, they wanna cram you into group rooms and discuss youre most private problems or thoughts. Mental health has gone to hell in a handbag! Private practice is too expensive. Here..if youre switched to a new doctor...the new doctor wants to change your medications around even tho things are going well. I dont understand why. Has happened to me 4 times. I have to 0lay along until the new doc realizes the first doctor was right and puts me back on my standard medicines. Frustrating.

This place deserves 0 stars. The first appt. is a walk-in and I was sent home and told to come back later. When I returned I hate intake with a lady that didnt care about why I was there. I just went for my first appt. with my therapist only to find out there was no appt. due to a scheduling error on their end. They rescheduled the appt. so I have to wait ANOTHER couple weeks but I wont be returning to this unprofessional place.

Only gave one star because thats as low as you can give. Aspire does not care about the patient. My childs mother goes there for 10 minutes every few months for her free pills. So i blame aspire for how she is now... Hooked on another drug and destroyed or relationship. Never talks to a councilor. So if your looking for easy way to get speed ( adiral, ritalin), then go to aspire on Cumberland road.

Waited a week for a phone call and was finally called by a really rude and disinterested woman. I asked to be transferred to some else and was disconnected and not called back. I had to call the intake line again and wait for a call that as of two months and several messages has never come. If you really want help you wont find it here.

I mean, I like going there but yesterday at school I had an anxiety attack. I need appointments every once a week. Because I cant handle it! But it is a great place.
