Terrible office organization and worst of all terrible "therapists." The only two real therapists that were good out of the four we had, left... Good move on our part but we were left with one that couldnt do her job because she felt, since my child was African-American that some things were acceptable in error when teaching her, based on the therapists stupidity of the African American culture and not my childs needs! Which answered my question as to why she was not progressing. And the other one was very slow and ditsy which accounted for no progress in my childs development. Most of all The Therapy Spot can never get their financial responsibilities in order for payments due and tried to cheat us out of money that was already paid. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL!

I took my son to the Therapy Spot last summer for OT and Speech. I would leave him there with the therapists while I took my daughter (his twin) out for walk to the local library. Towards the end of the summer, I returned to find my son (4.5 years old and developmentally delayed) alone and unsupervised in the waiting room. Not a single adult had eyes on him, he could have walked right out into the parking lot without anyone noticing. I was furious and when I expressed my concern I was treated like an over reactive mom, pacified in a way that made me furious. I would not recommend them to anyone. I do not trust them with the safety of my kids.

2 of my children are seen here for speech, OT & PT. I am very happy with the practice- the front desk are all sweet and kind and the therapists are wonderful- they really care about my kids. The new facility is very nice and my daughter looks forward to going!

My daughter loved her speech therapist! I was really happy too. After every session the therapist would give us an update and homework to work on at home. My daughter made great progress. Great place.
