Everything about my experience with Pivot in Timonium was exceptional. The appointments were easy to get, and the front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, my Physical Therapist, Brian, geared my program to my specific injury and the style of fitness training that I prefer. He helped keep my spirits up during the hour long appointments with lots of banter - which certainly helps pass the time. After a few weeks I almost had full mobility with significantly less pain. Before 2 months were up I was back to myself and just having to build my strength back up. If I ever get injured again - I wont wait so long to start PT and I wouldnt hesitate to go back to Pivot Timonium. Thanks Brian!

While I hope I dont have to rehab again, Pivot will easily be my choice provider. Ive had 2 knee surgeries over the past 5 years (late 30s and active) and Pivot shines clearly as the best facility Ive been in. This is a direct result of the staff. My coach, Brian, made sure to understand what my mobility goals were and worked with me to meet them. My mobility is better than pre-op and pre-injury, and I feel confident to continue training on my own with the information I was taught to avoid re-injury. Would happily recommend Brian and pivot to families and friends.
