One of the most professionally run, organized and efficient medical offices Ive ever been to (and Ive been to many). The office was clean and inviting, and while the waiting room was full, it didnt feel cramped. I was fit in as an emergency appointment, yet the waiting room time was minimal (maybe 10 minutes). Everyone, from the appointment setters, to the front desk, to the technicians and doctor were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And even though I was fit in at the last minute, Dr Goldey (and the technician who pre-examined me) took the time to examine my eyes, listen to my concerns, and communicate my diagnosis and treatment plan in laymans terms. There was no rushed feeling at all. The subsequent communication via the patient portal has been rapid and topnotch as well. Even though this is a large practice with several locations and specialists, I felt as if I were in a small town office where theyve known me for years, and I was the only patient in that time slot. If you have concerns about your vision and /or eye health, this is the practice for you. If I could rate them higher, I absolutely would!

I called as a new patient to get "in the queue" due to residual eye pain I have from virus I had in my eye years ago. I didnt expect to be seen on a same day basis, but knew I would need to be seen soon to make sure the infection did not come back. I was worked in same day!!! The office has a clean, inviting, and calming atmosphere, and the staff, every single one of them from the appointment clerks, to the front desk receptionist, to the the assistants, to the Dr. were very professional and warm. I highly recommend this office.

Very Good surgical unit. Nurses and staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Baumann performed cataract surgery that was quick and event free. I was in and out and experienced no pain or discomfort. My vision is now 20/20.
