We absolutely love Dr. Hill, however, the staff in the Altamonte office leave a little to be desired. There is an older woman who is very nice but shes a little disorganized. I wish I can recall the names, however, the other woman who answers the phone is very short with the customers and borderline rude. They claim to have left me messages but I never seem to get them. Its twice now this has happened while waiting for my daughters contacts to come in. It will be a week after they should be in and I will finally call and get "Oh we left you a message!" Oh no you didnt ! Could be nicer and could be more efficient in following-up if you havent picked up your contacts yet. May switch doctors just because of the staff.

Dr. Hill is a fantastic doctor. She really cares about helping her patients and you wont feel treated like a number. Dr. Hill also is extremely knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions I have. I would come to her before going to ANY other eye center. P.S. Shes also a cutie.
