I have worn glasses for 30 years and have been seriously thinking about LASIK for the last 2 years. After talking to many friends that had LASIK eye surgery and getting their opinions as well.....I decided to have a "free consultation" at Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center in Brecksville on Saturday 8/12. I was completely blown away with their amazingly OUTSTANDING customer service, their helpfulness, their knowledge, and their dedication to answering every single one of my questions. My husband, also impressed by the same items listed above, was further won over by the free coffee and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in their absolutely beautiful and inviting lobby. There wasnt a single person in this office who wasnt outgoing, patient and friendly. I truly felt like everyone there LOVED their job and cared about me as the nervous patient, not just a number. I left the consultation on Saturday feeling knowledgable, prepared and confident in my decision and went back 2 days later, Monday, 8/14, and I got my eyes fixed! I was absolutely terrified and EVERY SINGLE PERSON took the time to calm me down and reassure me. They allowed my husband, my daughter, and my parents to watch. Someone stood out there and explained the whole procedure to them. When my daughter freaked out a little, the gentleman took her to the fish tank and kept her occupied so the rest of my family could continue watching until she was ready to come back. I was in and out in less than 45 mins. The whole procedure took less than 10 mins and I did not feel a single thing during or after. I had no pain, burning or irritation at all. I came home, slept and felt fantastic when I woke up. I had my follow up appt the next morning (less than 24 hrs after my surgery) and my eyes were 20/20 already. I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY. This is, by far, one of the best decisions I have ever made in my entire life. I used to LOATHE going to the eye doctor and now I cannot wait until my next appointment with Clear Choice! Thank you to every single person who made my experience so amazing. I cannot express my gratitude enough!

I had ICL - Implantable Collamer Lens surgery on Tuesday, April 12 with Dr. Wiley at Clear Choice and I am so happy I did. I have been waiting for years until my eyes stopped changing and finally they did, so off to get Lasik!!! ICL was suggested since my eyes were so bad and I would not get the perfect vision I wanted with Lasik. Jacki the surgery counselor was so great to answer every question thoroughly and quickly which put my mind at ease. I also read many reviews and talked to at least 8 people who had Lasik done and everyone suggested Clear Choice so I decided to do the procedure. During my consult, January was wonderful and explained all the machines and tests to me as we did them and even counted how long I had left to keep my eyes open during some tests because I want to blink constantly. The iridotomy was done later that week and the ICL was done the week after. Dr. Wiley even brought me cookies after my surgery because I kept talking about them. The procedures were not painful at all and went very well. My eyes were extremely sensitive to light for about 4 days but wearing a hat and the giant sunglasses they gave me helped but Dr. Augustine said that would go away as the swelling went down. You could not see any swelling, incisions, or even redness, but apparently there was swelling inside the eye from the surgery but nothing abnormal. On the Saturday after surgery my eyes were perfect, I was seeing 20/15 and my eyes felt great. I had my week check-up with Dr. Augustine and everything was great! Clear Choice even sent me Shari’s Berries and some cookies  I am extremely happy that I decided to go to Clear Choice and Dr. Wiley for the perfect vision and the awesome treats. Also I wanted to add that my eyes have FELT the healthiest they have in years. No more headaches from my glasses and irritated eyes from my contacts. The entire Clear Choice staff is fantastic and really takes care of all your concerns and understands that this is a life changing decision and procedure.

Great experience with my LASIK surgery. Couldnt be happier that I chose to come here. My husband and mother in law both had great experiences here, and I now have too. From the very beginning, the staff is knowledgeable and you can tell they enjoy their patients. Dr. Bafna did a tremendous job with my surgery, and the process couldnt have been easier. As a physician myself, I kept an eye out for details- the facilities were clean, well staffed, and well maintained. Any and all concerns were addressed, preop/postop instructions were clear, and communication was easy. My recovery was quick and painless, and Ive had no issues at all. I am 6 weeks out, and my vision is 20/15, and Im loving the freedom of not having to wear glasses or contacts to work, read, or use my computer. My husband is over 1 year out from his surgery and is still 20/15, after Dr Wiley did his surgery. LASIK is life changing. My only regret is not having done it earlier. I had the surgery the day before my birthday and my 24 hour post op visit was on my birthday- they had a cake and balloons waiting for me! But my new vision was the best present yet. The decision to have a surgical procedure can be a scary one- especially when as a physician I truly understand the the risks and benefits of surgery. I can say that I was totally confident in choosing to receive treatment from the team at Clear Choice, and felt no reservations at all. They go the extra mile and have the track record proving their success. LASIK was something Id been considering for a while, but I never took that next step. I didnt mind my glasses most of the time, but with a four-day hiking trip through the Grand Canyon coming up this summer, I didnt want to have to worry about them breaking or getting lost. I went to Clear Choice based on the positive reviews Id seen - and go figure, when I walked in, a friend of mine was in the waiting room waiting on her check up. I didnt even know she went there! After I started talking to other friends, I discovered many of them had also had LASIK there and liked it. Their life-long guarantee was what really sold me. I was able to use my HSA to cover about half the cost. They offer a credit program with 12 months at 0% interest to cover the rest (I elected to pay cash instead). Yesterday was surgery day for me. The procedure was quick - the first part is the worst when theyre making the flap, but its survivable. The laser correction portion was super easy. I was done and out in a matter of minutes and I could see fine. Today was my follow-up appointment and I was at 20/15, which is incredible. Im seeing better than I did with glasses. I still have some blood spots in my eyes, but I know those will fade. Everyone was super friendly, and there were coffee and cookies and bagels in the morning. The sitting area is really nice - there are even Malleys chocolates. My husband got a special gift for driving me the day of. They really thought of everything and I really appreciated the individual treatment.
