I am absolutely appalled at the care I have received here. I came to this doctor as a referral from my primary care physician. At the time I was at high risk for cervical cancer and in need of a biopsy. For the first two appointments it was made very clear that no one in this office had even bothered to review my medical records or any of my lab results. No questions were asked about any of my symptoms and after having to discuss what I thought was relevant with both the doctor and her assistant she proceeded to suggest several tests which I had already done at that point (something she would have easily been able to realize had she actually read my records). She even went so far as to suggest I receive a procedure that I had already scheduled with her for the following Thursday. It was very clear that the doctor had no time to speak with me and that I was nowhere near any priority. When I did go for the biopsy I was completely unprepared for the level of pain and for the entire procedure. I arrived to my appointment on time and the biopsy was not even performed until 45 minutes after the scheduled time (leaving me to panic in the waiting room in the meantime). After waiting in the waiting room for thirty minutes the receptionist finally said "Im sorry they are just so busy". So busy that they cant perform my biopsy at the time they made me schedule it for? After the biopsy was complete the doctor left immediately and did not advise me as to things I could not or should not be doing after the biopsy. I had to google these things for myself once I arrived at home. I waited a week for the call for the biopsy results. When they finally got around to calling me I was called after 5pm on a Friday evening and due to missing the call was then unable to return the call because their office was closed. The following Monday I called over and over again to hear what the next steps were. I was told every single time that I called that no one had time to speak to me and that someone would return my call. I called at 4pm knowing that they closed at 5pm and was told "well sometimes the doctors stay late and will call you before they leave". You would think that biopsy results regarding the potential for cancer would be a first priority call or that someone could take five to ten minutes from their busy day to do the right thing and inform their patient, who had been vastly misinformed from the very beginning, of their results. Instead, once again, I received a call at 5:20pm making it impossible to return the call. The bedside manner at this office is absolutely appalling. There was zero regard for the fear and anxiety that having this type of news causes. There was complete disregard for me as a new patient coming in with a serious health issue and I would never recommend this office or Dr. Giuffre to anyone.

I cant say enough about Dr. Giuffre and her staff except excellence. After going through 45 years of Doctors, I have seen from bad to good to great, but nothing compares to Dr. Giuffre. I would trust this smart and caring Woman with anything that comes up. This is the Doc that I would take my Daughter to, have a baby, pap, any women issue that would be needed. I was introduced to Dr. Giuffre from my PA. My Gynecologist had quit her practice and I had an ovarian cyst that was found during a CT scan that I had for a kidney stone. Dr. Giuffre did 2 ultra sounds as it was fluid filled and non life threatening. I also had a Womens Wellness total exam. Everyone involved from this office is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Giuffre and I decided to do surgery to extract both ovaries & cyst. She was the surgeon. The surgery was invasive, but you would never know it. No pain, slight discomfort, walked out of the hospital. The follow up was just as slick. In the last 4 months that I have had appointments, it was a joy to see the staff, the happy patients in the waiting room and ultimately Dr. Giuffre. I am so glad I found her, and would suggest this wonderful Dr. for any "Womens" issues. Kudos to all of you!!

This is the MOST unprofessional office I have ever been to!! From miss- scheduling appointment after appointment to billing insurance incorrectly to downright rudeness from the front desk staff this office really lives up to the horror the word gynecology brings! If negitave ratings were possible Id give them a - 10 for sure! Ive been an employee in the medical field for 13+ years and never been treated this poorly nor would I ever allow my staff to beahve in such a mannor! To top off all of their unprofessional Behavior and practices they want to charge me for records that are not theirs and they totally violated My HIPPA rights and have never apologized for any of their ridiculous "mishaps". Who thought a medical office could take something so personal and make it so horrible! NEVER NEVER GO HERE EVER!

This office is great! The staff is so polite and personable its like your part of a big family. Its nice to go into a office and not feel like another number, they go out of their way to help and make sure all your needs are taken care of. Availability is great for scheduling appointments, Dr. Giuffre is awesome and spent so much time with me during my appointment. I will be sure to let my family and friends know about this great group of ladies. This provider and her staff go the extra mile, its proven in one of the reviews that was posted by a patient that may not of had the same experience, but the provider went out of her way to reach out to that patient. Way to go ladies. Thanks for the great care.

For years my experience with Dr Giuffre was an annual checkup. Because I was healthy, these checkups were pretty routine and brief events. However this year I developed a sizable fibroid and I came to appreciate this doctor’s expertise. Dr Giuffre and her staff compassionately helped me through procedures to determine the size, location, and pathology of the fibroid, and then through a hysterectomy. The surgery could not have gone better and was nearly pain-free. Despite the occasional inconvenience of having to wait a few minutes for an appointment, when I’ve met with the Dr Giuffre she’s given me all the time and attention I need.

Dr Giuffre performed my TAH on 11/1/2016. Surgery went smoothly, and I recovered quickly. 100% satisfied about my experience with Dr Giuffre, and could not be more pleased with the results. She listened to my concerns and advised me on all of my options. She was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt completely confident going into my surgery. The ladies in her office are kind, caring, and compassionate. Great MD, so glad I switched to this practice!

I really like the doctors at this location. Very personable and listen to what you have to say. I had a small billing issue and the office staff was able to resolve it immediately and were very nice about it. If there is ever an issue, I would recommend giving them a call because they will work with you on it. Ill be recommending them to my friends and family!
