I cannot express strongly enough that nobody should come here!! Im not sure how they have manufactured these good reviews but go and read the bad reviews on Yelp also!! Those are true, unfortunately I have never had a reason to check reviews at any other professional. Sadly, I checked after my terrible experience with this practice. The doctor was great at the first visit, thats the good. It was recommended that I do some extra blood work which they drew but did not test. They told me that I would have to pay again to have the blood drawn again. They were supposed to be balancing my hormones through hormone therapy and did not test my progesterone(which I requested), you cannot balance hormones without that (I have checked with several doctors since and that has been confirmed). They told me that I would need to pay again to have that tested. I could not get anyone from the office to return any of my phone calls. The most unprofessional group of people I have EVER dealt with. Finally got a hold of the doctor and was told I would get a call back after they tried to work out the financial agreement with the office manager. Surprise, no call back even after several more calls from me. They also recommended an outrageous amount of testosterone. When explaining the treatment, the woman told me that she shaves her face everyday. I went home and researched it myself and found that this recommendation was WAY over the top and one article stated that women on this amount of testosterone are very aggressive and (literally) the prisons are filled with women that have overly high testosterone levels. They were pushing BioTe so hard that even though I told them from the first appointment that I wanted to go another route they completely disregarded that. Thats why they didnt bother testing my progesterone, I was told that they dont need that with BioTe. I hope this review can save someone else the frustration and waste of money. I could go on with lots of other examples of unprofessional behavior from the practice but I think you get the general idea.

I used SDOBGYNs Midwives for my first pregnancy 3 years ago. We had a great experience and I began highly recommending them to other pregnant friends. I am nearing the end of my second pregnancy now. For this pregnancy I saw Dr. Lennon, who I really like; however, everything else about SDOBGYN has gone down hill significantly. I believe the main issue is that they have too many patients and are overbooked and thus they cant take good care of their patients. I have averaged at minimum a 30 minute wait for every one of my appointments, 30 minutes after the appointment start time. We have been called to reschedule multiple times because the doctor is not in the office or no one else is available to see us because they are too busy. Their record keeping is not great and Ive found myself having to tell them multiple times that certain shots or tests were done already. When they had to cancel my ultrasound, they told me that they didnt have any availability in the near future to reschedule my ultrasound and that they were going to send me over to another clinic for the ultrasound. I called two days later and found out they never sent the order over to the other clinic to get my ultrasound done. I typically am not one to write negative reviews but there has just been too many things that have not gone well this pregnancy that I had to write a review. Im giving 2 stars because I really do like Dr.Lennon but everything else about this practice right now is terrible, which is especially not fun to deal with when pregnant!

I had surgery on June 28 with a doctor who is no longer with South Denver. I was to have a six week post op appointment in which I would be told if I were released for normal activity. Knowing that my doctor would no longer be with the practice at the time of my 6 week post op, I scheduled 4.5 weeks in advance with the only doctor that South Denver had available in the next 8 weeks, Dr. Lennon. The only appointment I could get was in the middle of the day at the Castle Rock location. I took the day off of work in order to make this appointment as going back and forth from work to Castle Rock would have involved me driving almost 200 miles in one day. At 8:15 the morning of my appointment I received a reminder text letting me know that I had an appointment and that I needed to be on time. At 11:15 am I came in for my appointment and was told that Dr. Lennon wasnt coming in for my appointment but he would call me and reschedule. That was last Friday. He never called and in fact no one at South Denver will call back to "reschedule". As I understand it, my doctor is the third one to leave this practice in the last couple of months and apparently the remaining doctors have no interest in following through with the patients of former employees. If you have anything serious or on going my recommendation is that you go to a different clinic.

I found South Denver when pregnant with my first child and they helped me immediately resolve a progesterone issue that my previous OB wasnt checking for that had resulted in 2 miscarriages. I was appreciative that they were quickly willing to work with me to find the cause. I used their midwives team, they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The best part was that I got the natural births that I wanted with both of my children BUT the huge benefit of having an office with a doctor/surgeon immediately available. I had complications with bleeding after both deliveries, which we didnt know was going to happen and my midwife got a doctor to the room immediately, no waiting on paperwork or phone calls he was already there doing rounds for others. Loved their teamwork and ability to get me healthy right away after both births and still respect my delivery wishes. I got the best of both worlds with South Denver. The only area for improvement is their wait time in the exam room, which they sound like they are working on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly Lennons for over 15 years. He has seen me through two babies and most recently a hysterectomy and hormone replacement. I can say from one extreme to another, and, everything in between, Dr. Lennon and staff have always been exceptional. I have always felt that myself and my family are his top priority - especially when we are in the exam room and have his undivided attention. There have been times when the delivery of other babies have put him behind or he has had to cancel an appointment, but that is part of going to an OBGYN. I was always accomodated as quickly as possible and with professionalism. His explanations of medical issues are thorough, but easy to understand for the non-medical patient. He listens carefully, and partners with his patients on optimizing their health, and that of their babies. He is compassionate, yet reasonable, kind and realistic. My husband is also very comfortable with him and puts a great deal of trust in his ability to care for me and our children.
