Dr. Nickens and his staff have made going to Smile Designs of Lititz a family event. Our daughters (ages 2 and 3) look forward to visiting the practice as much as my husband and I do. The friendly and professional staff are the heart of the office. Dr. Nickens is caring and knowledgeable which is what we look for in a dentist. Ive been to quite a few dentists but we will be sticking with Dr. Nickens and Smile Designs of Lititz.

I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to getting any dental work done and the entire staff at Smile Designs is absolutely so kind and understanding. Dr Nickens never hurries anything or puts any pressure on you. He explains everything and takes time with each and every person. You can tell that these individuals at this office love what they do, but also love the patients that come to their office.
