My entire experience seemed half-assed. I just got my braces off and I needed to do a cleaning. Im moving and unable to go to my regular doctor. I called to get a price of $85 for a cleaning and check since Id be out of pocket; I already did my regular check earlier in the year with my braces on. I walked in and gave my insurance information -Tricare- and the front desk lady just sighed like it was a huge problem to check. I told them Id be self pay. My cleaning and polishing was so quick that it didnt seem like she really spent time looking at my teeth and actually cleaned them well. I still had the paste in my mouth even after she rinsed. Then she didnt even do x-rays until I said I wanted them done. I just had braces on; metal that blocks the view from my previous one. The x-rays are included in the $85 charge and she was just going to skip them. Then, she only did 2. One for the back on each side. Didnt even check the whole mouth. Didnt take the time to really look them over. She seemed like it was a bother for her to do them. The doctor barely checked me and zipped in and out. Didnt even see the x-rays. Worst dentist Ive ever been to. I will never recommend them to anyone. They were a waste of my time and money. I hope they learn to care more towards their patients than what they showed me today.

I have an allergy to a product they use and its recorded in my charts, and it was used during my cleaning. No time was taken to look over my dental information and now I am having a reaction. The equipment near the exam chair was dusty and dirty. During my last visit the hygienist put the cup I was to drink out of in the sink I was then to spit into. After people spit there all day I have no idea why she would do that. Over all, the staff are not knowledgeable and the equipment was not clean.

quick appointments, minimal office waiting time. and they work with you if you dont have insurance. prices are reasonable Dr Weber is a good dentist. definitely would recommend this dentist
