I had a cleaning appointment at the Aberdeen Dental Care office, that is completely covered by my insurance. The appointment reminder call was wrong with the date. Then I got a third call at work all within a 2 hour period that an emergency came up and could I come in at 7 am instead. They called me 3 times bothering me at work because they could not get it right. At the appointment I was told that I was required to get X rays, even though I already had them done at the previous office a few months ago. They said they would comp them, so I did it. They looked at my mouth, never cleaned my teeth, and forced me to pay for a visit. My teeth are cleaned every 6 months and never have I had a dentist not clean them during a "cleaning visit" then proceed to tell me I would have to come back for the cleaning. They were unprofessional from start to finish. If you are thinking about seeing this dentist think twice. They are out to scam you for every dime they can. If my appointment is for a cleaning I expect to have my teeth cleaned, not looked at and then told I need to come back so they could charge me again.

I went in for the cleaning/x-ray promotion and that was good. When I asked the hygenist to fix the space between my upper left canines she told me she didnt see any space. Now 8 months later I have nerve pain in the area I asked her to close and/or fill. Food/liquids get into the area and now everyday that gum area hurts: light to severe pain. I have no idea why this wouldnt show up on an x-ray. The pain is unbearable.

My husband and I have been going to this dental practice since we moved to the area. The front staff, hygienists, and Dr. Khal are all very professional, punctual, and courteous. We both had very thorough exams, and Dr. Khal spent the time to go over it with us and help us develop a cost-effective treatment plan. I also love that they have early appointments so I dont have to take time off of work. Highly recommend!

Words cant describe how happy I was when I left here. Everyone was so nice and always had a smile on their face. We had conversations from college to Marvel movies. Classy place, would recommend for everyone.
