Our family has been patients of Dr. Jeff since we moved to the Ephrata area 12 years ago. I have experience working in a Dental Practice I value a dentist who is not only up front and honest with the treatment plans and procedures, but that truly cares about his patients on an individual and personalized level. Hes also not afraid to say that a particularly difficult case would be better treated by a specialist, and then helps to make the appointment with one of his colleagues and calls to check in afterwards. Dr. Jeff truly cares. Our hygienist, Krista, is gentle and thorough, and the assistants and office staff are always friendly and personable. Weve been through simple cleanings, complex root canals, fillings, crowns and a complex orthodontic issue that was identified early, and subsequently allowed for the best possible treatment outcome because it wasnt overlooked. I cant say enough good about this office.

I have been a patent of Dr.John Dever for a good fifteen plus years and have been "very" satisfied with the care and service I have received. Wait time is usually 10 to 15 min. and the staff is great very helpful. Ive had root canal, filling, cleanings, excellent work and I have never had any problems with the work done, I attribute to the fact that he takes his time. Anytime I have called he or one of the staff members get back to me right away and best of all the fees are very reasonable. I would recommend him anytime and I do! Thanks for a Job well done.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Dr. Devers practice. I went to their practice for over ten years and have taken my children there. They were so great with my children and my kids love getting their teeth cleaned because of the patience of the staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone that enjoys great service and friendly staff. I wish so much that there was as great a place as Dr. Devers where I moved. Honestly, I would drive the hour to go back if I wasnt so busy. Choose this practice folks, you will not be disappointed.

I love this dentist office. They make me feel so welcomed. Everyone from the front desk to the hygentist to the doctor. Its a pleasure to just call in, and know I will be taken care of without a hassle or a bad attitude. I always get treated warmly and kindly. I have been coming here since I was a child and wouldnt change it. I recently moved out of the area and even drive the hour for my appointments since I refuse to see another dentist. I had my boyfriend make an appointment here and he kept going back. I very much recommend.

The Dever Brothers and staff are amazing. I have a huge fear of the dentist and from the minute I walked through the door they put me at ease. They made sure I was comfortable with them before filling my cavity and that the Novocain took full effect before they began working on me. I cant stress to you how grateful I am that I found them after having such horrible dental experiences in the past. They have a patient for life!

Dever family dentistry makes you feel like family when you are there. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. The doctors are very professional and give you the best care possible. My husband hasnt been to a dentist in 6 years cause hes had bad experiences, but was extremely pleased with his care at Dever Family Dentistry. I highly recommend this practice!

I dont live near Ephrata, but I dont mind driving 20 miles to receive great dental care at Dever Family Dentistry. The doctors and the hygienists are cheerful, competent and professional. Fortunately most of my appointments have been for routine cleaning, but I have had more serious work done to my teeth and the folks at Dever took great care of me.

Ive been coming to this practice since the 70s from Dr Good to Dr John. From the time you walk in the front staff is very friendly and helpful. I aways get Sharmaine as my hygienist, she is great and easy to strike a conversation with. Dr John is one of the best dentist you could have. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been taking my kids there since they have been little and weve never had an issue. Recently, my son had to have a root canal done and Dr. Jeff was fantastic with him. I had a lot of discomfort with a painful tooth. Dr.John Dever, informed me that I needed a root canal. He did a excellent job in reliving me of pain and repairing the tooth. Going to the dentist was always a pain :-) Would spend days getting all worked up and since changing to Dr. Dever I never have to worry that i will feel any pain while at the dentist! Has even made a believer out of my husband who hated going. Best decision we have ever made :-)

Dr. Dever and the Dental Hygienist are very professional and caring. They always check several times during a procedures to be sure you are comfortable and ok. They do a great job cleaning your teeth and you never have to wait long at all for your appointment.
