I am very sad about my experience with this office. My daughter and I loved this place since her very visit. She used to have to have slight sedation to be seen at the dentist due to fear but this office is so child friendly that she has never needed one at any of her visits. So Recently I had scheduled an appointment for her check up and I spoke to them the day before and everything was set for the next morning. However my family and I were notified at about 10pm the night before that there was a death in my family. We all packed a bag and left that night to go 2 and a half hours north and I obviously was unable to make my daughters scheduled app the next morning. I was unable to give enough notice of cancellation because her appointment was first thing in the morning but I thought they would understand. Well I was wrong. I just called to try and get a new appointment with them and they told me she was not going to be allowed to be seen at their office anymore due to a 3rd missed app. Well the 2 before were over a year ago I have been making her appointments on time since and I feel that a death in the family should be an exception to a missed appointment, but to the its not. They do not care at all that my daughter and I are going through a rough time and cannot make an exception. What if the death was in their family and they had to reschedule with me, would that count against me also? It blows my mind that they can not make an exception and it saddens me to think about how much they actually do care about their patients. I really hope one day they can change it to where something so devastating to a family wont be held against them. Now I get to go break the news to my daughter that she has to go to a new dentist and hope her nerves and fears dont come back. Thank you to the staff for showing how much you really do care. At least I know now it was all fake. Good luck to you all in the future.

I wanted to thank you all for the unexpectedly fantastic service you extended to our family when Griffin had his accident last month. I thin I was a bit in shock when I came into your office, and I wasnt sure what would happen once you were having a training day. Wonderfully, you all took over and treated Griffin and me with the kindest of words and professional attention while repairing the damage to his mouth. Thank you, thank you, for all of the compassion you have given us. You made a tough day bearable and the ongoing process of healing manageable. Special thanks to Dr. Gallegos, Tracy, and Esther, but there are many of you who have helped over the past month with Griffins care who have been equally wonderful, and so a big thanks goes to all of your fabulous staff!

Office and Medical staff are professional and kind. Dentists and Hygenists made my daughter feel comfortable, from age 6 to now a teenager. It is so helpful that we have a good experience with going to the dentist when we are young, so that we will continue good oral health in our adult years, and how many of us know someone or are that person that is scared of going to the dentist? I AM! I am so pleased to say that my daughter gets excited to go, and because of Dr. Gallegos and his staff! Even if you have insurance billing issues they work with you and remain a pleasure to work with.

My children have been patients of Dr. Gallegos for many years now and I am very pleased with his relationship with my children. Every six months when it is time for their routine exams they get so excited to visit the office. Dr. Gallegos and his dental staff strive to teach the children the importance of good dental health. The Dental Assistants at the office are patient and kind and understanding of my childrens anxieties and fears. Overall I believe Dr. Gallegos and his staff to be the best in our area and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist.

Thanks to everyone here who made my girls last visit a good experience. As my girls are both toddlers, visits to the dentist and doctor are still new and overwhelming for them. But everyone--receptionist, dental hygienists, and dentist--was very patient and understanding. I appreciate how you explained everything that was going to happen and were friendly in the process. Plus, my girls love the little toys they got afterward.

Took our 3 year old daughter to this dentist who said she had 7 cavitys and they needed to be fixed asap. He then made me feel like it was all my fault and I went home aggravated with myself. I decided to get a second and third opinion and they only saw small spots on her teeth and was nothing to be concerned about. Will never go to this dentist again.

My children have been seeing Dr Gallegos since 2012! We love it here! He is always so attentive and caring towards my children! This is a wonderful office and all the staff are so friendly and professional! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office for their children! Five star service all the way!!!

We searched for many yers to find a dentist for our 3 children 2 of whom have special need , Dr Gallegos is both kind and encouraging , yet honest and professional .I have complete confidence in him .And his entire staff is both compassionate confidence in him and his entire staff is both compassionate and competent

When Ryan developed an all body rash/hives from what we assumed was a reaction from oral anesthetic, Doctor Gallegos went over the top with concern and compassion about Ryan. He spoke to Ryans doctor and got us in to see him immediately. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Gallegos to any parent. He is amazing.

The office is very clean. The staff is very courteous. From the front desk to Nurse Esther and Dr. Gallegos, our experience was comfortable from start to finish. Esther was extremely patient and fun with my daughter. I cannot wait for my two sons appointments. I love this office.

The dental assistants are nice. But Dr. Gallegos and the other dentist do not have the patience that you need to have as an adult to care for children. Clearly they chose this profession for the money and not because they truly care for or enjoy their job.

I was very happy that they could fit my grandson into the schedule on very short notice. All work was done in one visit. Staff was very nice. I would recommend this office to my friends and family. Im very, very pleased.
