You call yourself a professional establishment? What a joke. Doors clearly state you open at 8am on Thursday, I have a scheduled appointment. I arrive early to fill out new patient paperwork, 7:45am. The receptionist doesnt even show up until 8:12? If you needed to stop and get coffee you should have gotten up earlier. Then I come to realize they canceled my appt since they called and I didnt answer to confirm... they were calling the wrong number! They even verified the phone number when I made the appt! Not my fault you cant input data correctly. So, no provider until 9:30am? Thats fine I can find an actual establishment that doesnt operate like its ok to be late for work!

I switched my kids over to Gentle Dental because of on offer for a discount I got in the mail. My daughter went for a cleaning but ended up needing a couple of fillings which we ended up scheduling at a later date. Overall I feel the staff was friendly and knowledgeable but my visit seemed very rushed when discussing things with the dentist. I dont plan on switching again, but hopefully my daughters next appointment will be little more thorough next time around.

My previous dentist said he could save my tooth and crown it. Gentle dental said they could not and was gong to pull it. My new dentist said he can save and crown. Insurance pays more for pulled teeth. So all they want is money and dont care about patients! Dont trust
