I switched to Dr. Ngo because my mom had been going to him and thought highly of the whole team. I had felt overly pressured by my very competent but perhaps over-eager then-current dentist to get procedures I didnt need done or to get them done before I was ready, and to buy unnecessary aids. My mom was right that the team at Dr. Ngos office is lovely, without exception. Everyone is knowledgeable, organized, kind, fun, accommodating, and patient. They are also sensitive to patient concerns about costs and make sure I always understand in advance what costs will be and why the work is necessary. In addition to routine exams, Dr. Ngo handled a tooth extraction and an implant for me, carefully planning and executing each step. He explained everything and I always felt welcome to ask as many questions as I had. I gained total confidence in his knowledge, thoroughness, and skill, and I felt respected and cared about during the whole process, which took many months. While Dr. Ngo has been unfailingly professional and thorough, I never feel pressured to undergo procedures or buy extra items. He and the staff there take great care of my teeth but also are realistic and practical, focusing on the most important things and the most elegant solutions to any problem.

I was referred to Dr. Ngo by my mom a few years ago, before I had dental insurance. He and his staff have always treated me so kindly. When I didnt have insurance, and he knew I was on a tight budget, they would always explain things to me and priced things out so that I could make an informed decision that I could manage financially. I never felt that I was an inconvenience or that I was being overcharged or pushed to spend more than I could. Thankfully, I have wonderful dental coverage now! I was finally able to get my wisdom teeth pulled at the age of 30. He was so kind, patient, and gentle. He went above and beyond to set me at ease regarding the procedure and through my follow ups. I cannot imagine ever going to another dentist. They really are the best in the puget sound area!

I have been going to Mark Dr. Ngo for many years. I am scared of the dentist, but he has a way of making you so comfortable. When the dental hygienist take care of us first. They are professionals alway with beautiful smiles, by the way I love mine she is gentle all the time. She listen to me if something makes me uncomfortable I can let her know. Dr. Ngo you are a blessing, I followed you when you left SpanAway. Thank you for being patient with me and thank you for making my teeth and smile beautiful. To Gayann and staff that hold it down in the front your the best. I love this whole office. I am a white-knuckle tense phobic patient (thanks to years of painful experiences and memories). Dr. Ngo was recommended to me by a friend who has gone to him for years. I have now been going to Dr. Ngo for a few years. I still need my nitrous oxide for drilling procedures but no longer need valium and nitrous JUST to clean my teeth. He has taken care of issues that were clearly botched by others, offers his professional input but clearly listens to patient concerns/wants, offers his own iPhone for music to deafen the drilling noise, and has put together an incredible staff of friendly, nice and professional people. They have worked around my budget and tight timelines - always with a smile. Thanks!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Ngos practice for a long time now. Dr. Ngo himself, and his entire staff are not only excellent in terms of skill and knowledge, but also are very friendly and take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I have confidence in any treatment recommendation that they make and am grateful for the teams kindness and customer service. Although we live nearby the Family Dental Center Id be willing to drive a long way to continue receiving our dental care there.
