I originally wrote a review on Yelp, but that was when I was under a different dentist. Now, it seems like I got a new one. I really liked Dr. Nigam too, but I really like the new Dentist as well (Dr. Lauren IIRC). Basically its about the same experience. Ive been super busy there. I had 1 emergency root canal (2 appointments), 2 filling appointments and 1 repair appointment under 3 weeks. The dental assistants seem very professional and like to create casual conversation. They are also sympathetic while conversing and will not force a conversation either. So if you are having a bad day, dont even worry. The receptionists are about the same and they dont emit that attitude of "I dont want to be here", so it seems to me they really like their environment and that creates a comfortable atmosphere I think. Dr. Lauren did all my fillings last week and it was a lot. 4 on my top right, and a bunch on my bottom right and then 1 repair appointment. She is extremely affable and I remember asking a bunch of questions about lidocaine, septocaine, and general anesthetics. In fact, probably to the point where I was asking too many :P. Im just kind of curious about all that and she explained it all very well anyway! I am going to need 2 crowns and 1 more root canal soon. So I think Ill be sticking with them for now. Super nice people.

Ask for Paige! I have been a patient for several years and like many people dont like going to the dentist, no offense to the staff. They are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful to make the experience a pleasant one. There was one time several years ago when I had a very uncomfortable cleaning experience which has always left me wondering if that would happen again. That person isnt there anymore. However, I am happy to say that today shed some new light on cleanings. So much so that I scheduled my next cleaning before I left. I kid you not, when Paige started cleaning my teeth I had to think about it part way through the process that the cleaning actually started. I thought to myself, either she is that good, or she is really missing a lot. When the doctor did his exam, he confirmed that she had done a good job. She is quite pleasant, makes you feel comfortable, engages you in conversation, but not overkill, and best of all explains what is going on and what she is seeing. Dont let her go...she is an asset to your team!

After doing online research, I chose Dr. Nigams practice for my dental procedures, and I needed quite a few. I have been more than satisfied with Dr. Nigam and his staffs understanding of my needs, and his expertise in the field of dentistry/dentures. Throughout the process of evaluation and treatment plans, and the eventual treatment, I have been so well take care of! I received attentive care and much understanding from his staff, not to mention both the staff and Dr. Nigams PATIENCE with me, which is greatly appreciated. :) Dr. Nigam and his staff fully understood my personal dental needs and listened to what I wanted and made clear what to expect. I am genuinely and thankfully pleased with the final outcome of my dental work.! I will remain a longtime patient and will recommend my family and my friends. This place is absolutely amazing because they provide the greatest customer service as well as care you need. I remember looking at a 3D model of my x-ray with my nerve highlighted, and I was blown away after they explained that about 90% of dentists use 2D models and make educated guesses on where the nerve is located for pulling out a wisdom tooth so that they dont damage that nerve. They could tell me with 100% confidence that they wouldnt be damaging that nerve at all, which made me realize I was taking a risk with all other cooperate dentestries that dont provide technology like the technology they have here. They also provide a personal connection, which makes me feel better than being just a "patient". I would recommend this place if you want good customer service and security of operations going smoothly.

Ive been going to to Bella Smiles for about 8 year years now and everybody that works there, I just want to thank them for taking great care of me, and I was so scared of the dentist and they helped me get over my fear and I had to get braces when I was 12 years old and I was suppose to have them for two years but I got them off a little bit earlier because they helped me so much to where I was doing so well that I was able to get them off early and I am so happy and proud of myself and my family and everybody that works at Bella Smiles is proud of me and that makes me even more happy!!! I would say that this dentist is the best!! They are like family!! THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT BELLA SMILES

The staff was professional and nice. They were able to work with my schedule easily. i went in with a toothache and they were able to fit me in the next day. Turns out i needed quite a bit of work done. All the work was done quickly and i love that they dont use amalgam fillings! They had to remove some of my old amalgam fillings because of decay and replaced them with resin fillings. My teeth feel great and my smile looks better than ever. I didnt check my insurances website before I went in and they were able to determine that they accepted my insurance within minutes. Ive recommended them to my family and co-workers and will continue to do so!

THE BEST FAMILY DENTIST EVER!!!! Ive been going to Bella Smiles for many years now, and wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Saying that this place is AMAZING is an understatement!!! Dr Nigam is so knowledgeable in his field and also very compassionate. He and his staff take special care to ensure that their patients have the best experience every time. Thats not something you see (Ive never seen it anywhere else) at any other dental office. I actually enjoy coming in; its like visiting family and friends!!! Thank you Bella Smiles, for putting my anxieties about dental care to rest!!! You guys ROCK!!!❤️

I used to fear going to the dentist because it would often be painful and sometimes the lectures would be fear based on what could happen if... Never at Bella Smiles, I LOVE Bella Smiles! Best denist office all around!! They are honest and I have enjoyed every visit over the handful of years I have been going here. My fav moment is the fact I have been trying to get my teenager to realize how bad soda is and the dr. here had my son take a tooth to set it in soda to watch it disolve over time. So much better than a lecture. My kids love it here too : )

My initial visits to BellSmiles have been uniformly positive. The care is first rate. The staff friendly and extremely competent. Going for my initial evaluation as a new patient, I was gratified when I received a thorough evaluation with plenty of explanation and a plan of action. The dentist reviewed all x-rays and photographs in a fashion that was clear but not condescending. The office is up-to-date technologically and makes good use of it which inspires confidence. As a new patient, I look forward to a long relationship.
