Two of my kids were seen here shortly after office opened, and were able to see both of the office providers. It was offered to me to be in the room during my kids appointments, but I declined, as my kids have always seen the dentist while I waited in the lobby. Both dentists were very patient with the kids, explained everything in full detail to me, made sure I understood everything, as well as inquired if I had any questions for them. One of my kids had to come back the next day to get his first cavity filled. He was able to watch a movie while Dr. Bala took care of his tooth! Once his treatment was complete, he wanted to stay longer to watch the movie. Once their appointments were finished, the kids were able to create their own goody bags. Kids are already asking when they get to come back! I would, and have already, recommended this office to others.

My 3yr old niece had her first dental appt with Dr. Bala and the experience was priceless! Everyone in the office was very attentive, kind, called her by name and made her feel very comfortable. She loved holding the stuffed animals during her x-rays, wearing the cool shades while getting her teeth cleaned and of course enjoying the kid movie on the flat screen above her head. I appreciated the clean non-smelly office with lots of kid-friendly things to make it fun. We left with a huge smile, a purple balloon and a new toothbrush. She cant wait til her next visit!

My daughter had her first dentist appointment (ever) today with Dr. Bala and Im glad to see she is not scared to go again! I was nervous that she would be afraid and that getting her teeth checked would be uncomfortable (or even painful) for her - but Im relieved after meeting Dr. Bala and his friendly team. They are the perfect team to aid little patients and provide a safe and happy experience to their patients. Ill definitely be keeping them as my daughters dental office! :)

This was my Childs first visit to the dentist. I was nervous to take him as I do not like going to the dentist. But, it was such a pleasant experience! No need to be nervous! The office was clean, colorful, and so inviting for a child! The assistants were very kind and explained each step of the process to my 2.5yr old son. The Dr. is also very kind. This office definitely knows what theyre doing and is a safe place to take your child!

I highly recommend this place! My son absolutely loves going here and of course getting his prize. Dr. Bala is so friendly and great with kids. My son is very comfortable and doesnt mind his dental appointments at all. Theyre not judgemental if you forget to floss your kids teeth but always remind us how important it is. Front office is always on point with help and always have a smile. I appreciate all their help.

I highly recommend HPD. They have taken great care of my 7 yr old son, who has needed several recent procedures. Dr. Bhullar & Dr. Bala are both very warm & attentive. Their support staff have all been kind & helpful. We are so grateful to have found such an impressive clinic. It is completely worth the drive from Oakland to know that our son is in such caring hands.

The dentists and entire staff at Hercules Kids Dentistry are incredibly skilled, patient, and friendly. My children have been Dr. Balas patients for 2 years now. We have always felt so comfortable and welcome in the office; they were able to ease my childrens anxiety about dental work. I highly recommend this practice!

They told me my kid couldnt come for his teeth to be looked at because he missed three appointments and so they wouldnt see him anymore which is ridiculous to me hes a child its not his fault. That is the stupidest policy I have ever heard of for a childs dentists office.

Dr Bala and his staff make the kids feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Bala has a unique way of letting the kids know that they are in safe hands and no procedure is scary. I am so glad, I found out about them.
