If you have a baby dont go here! Its gross,disgusting and dirty! The building is small and stinks! You can almost smell the sickness breeding! Dr Carey is VERY unprofessional , ignorant and rude. She is judgemental. .she seems to think because me and my fiance are in our early 20s that she can treat us however she pleases! After our son received a RSV shot he got very sick so we told her we didnt think it would be good for our son to get it again & asked for more info that we never received! we thought since the dr office is dirty , gross and the dr was rude that we should choose a different pediatrician, so we got a new Doctor at Mount Washington ( a very good pediatrician for our premature son on oxygen ) so we have a new doctor at M.T Washington and Dr.Carey left a voice mail threatening she will call cps if we dont come in ( after changing doctors) We wanted a cleaner place with a professional nice doctor ( who has more experience with premature babys on oxygen caring for our son (whats wrong with that?) And she had nerve to threaten us with cps? Cps for what? We love our child. We have a very nice clean home, with food.. our baby eats well, and is dressed well! Our son has a hard working dad, and "me" a stay at home mommy who is there for his every need ( feeding, oxygen set up, love ,bathing,ect) ALSO our son is in a healthy environment with 2 parents who love him and love each other. We love our son more then anything in the world! So bring the cps! I just think its ignorance! Why would a doctor do this?

Terrible service. Advertises "walk ins welcome" but do not honor those. My husband took my 9 month old there and wanted to check to see if she had an ear infection. They looked, saying they couldnt see real well but she should be fine. My husband was also sick so he asked while he was there, if they could just check him out too (saying he would pay both copays) and they said they didnt have time (he was already in the room with a dr). We will not be returning and I do not recommend this clinic. I expected much better from GBMC.

My first appointment for a physical was set three weeks ahead and when I arrived they told me that it did not get moved into their new software and therefore I would need to re book. It took me an hour to have somebody look at my arm and tell me that my TB test was negative. Literally 15 seconds to do it at most. This is terribly run. Go somewhere else.

This practice is incompetent when it comes to billing. They get insurance information wrong, continue to bill and threaten collection activity refusing to accept their obligations to bill correctly.
