Agreed...why sign in online when walk-ins that check in before you are seen first... doesnt make sense. Was told they had been waiting longer than me... also told they dont do appointments, but check out their website. Someone should explain "the system", as they call it, to unsuspecting patients. Sign-in time means nothing...except you are here and they can take your co-pay. In other words, if your appointment is at 1030, check-in when they open, in person, even if your appointment is at 200 in the evening. Best to go to your local pharmacy for meds or visit the ER. Staff isnt knowledgeable about the system...not very courteous either. Know that sign in time is different from check-in time, because you can sign in and then not be checked in for 30-45 minutes later. Lesson learned...see my doctor as soon as possible or go to ER. This place needs to be closed, or name changed to --- dont count on being seen anytime soon, but youre next after all these other people, maybe, have a nice day.

Very unhappy with this place. The wait times for the "express" care are generally 120 mins or more. The previous doctor took forever! The new doctor (Nguen?) seems to speed up the process (wait times for last two visits were much more reasonable). However, this doctor talks down to you. As if you are a child, very demeaning. He also speaks very low so you have to strain to hear him. I do not feel he is very thorough. Took my son there 2 nights ago. Doc takes one look at him and says he is concerned it is Meningitis (before doing any tests). Then sends us home with a "virus". My son has still been running fevers and now has white spots in his throat (no strep test was done). Now I have to take him to a different place to get a strep test. This is only one incident. There have been several.

The only reason nbesides I had to do a star is because the nurse was awesome. But over 2 hours with a sick 3 year old is not fun. Waited out front for an hour half and they werent busy. One lady went in 10 min after I got there she was filling out paperwork. so what the hell. Get in the back to be told there was 2 patients ahead of my son. I flipped out in about 10 min they did the swab for strep. Came back in have us the results. Sent the prescription to rite aid got a doctors note and left. Get to the pharmacy doctor sent it to the wrong one. Also my insurance doesnt cover it. Needless say worse place ever togo. And there were dirty socks on the bed that were not my sons. Gross gross gross.

I called today for some advice on having poison ivy, oak or sumac. I have had it for over 2 weeks and still have huge blisters on my hands and arms. I was transferred to a nurse name Connie. I explained what I was doing at home to help. Her first response was "I cant dispense medicine over the phone". I said I never asked you to, I was looking for advice if there was anything else I could do to help. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by the medical profession before. Maybe she should find a new profession or wait until the person has finished their sentence before speaking. How can you help someone without listening first?

TERRIBLE CARE..THE DR. I SEEN DIDNT KNOW...WHAT THE HELL SHE WAS DOING SAT THERE LOOKING AT ME FOR 20 MINS....ASKED FOR PRESCRIPTION MOUTHWASH...FOR DRY MOUTH.. TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE...DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE PRESCRIPTION MOUTHWASH...A DR ...WOW!!! YOU WOULDVE THOUGHT I WAS ASKING FOR HARD NARCOTICS..(SMH) paid 40 co pay ...just to be told I dont know...WELL GET SOMEONE THAT KNOWS PLEASE!!!!! WHAT DOES PROMPT CARE MEAN...GOT THERE ON TIME FIRST PT...DIDNT GET OUT UNTIL11 AM...LISTENING THEM TALK ABOUT THEIR PRIVATE LIVES...WHO CARES!

The doctor tells me that my sons votes are big bites. Really there is snow on the ground. Call my sons doctor while Im there and he says that its a rash from him having strep throat. Which they test for at the office. Im done with this place. Will never go back. Very fast to say something is the problem and not be that. I feel like they should take the time and make sure they give the right diagnostic.

How can this place be considered anything close to competent? Injury to a ankle and they do not have any medicine, tell you to wear a walking boot but all they have are children sizes, refer you to a "specialist" that is no longer practicing and after 4 attempts, still havent submitted the prescription to the pharmacy... I will never go back here and strongly suggest everyone stay away.

My niece and nephew went last night for a bunch of sores on their bottom and legs. We were told it was bug bites and she gave them a cream for scabies. Took them to their regular Dr today and its a serious skin infection and highly contagious called Infatigo. They needed antibiotic cream and oral antibiotics. So the express care is a crock ! They have no clue what they are looking at.

Told parent to get OTC cough syrup for a child who you admittedly heard wheezing from. Chris displayed incompetence at its best. We had to visit a second urgent care facility the same night where the wheezing was also heard and noted only this time they knew what they are doing and actually prescribed medication for Bronchitis.

I specifically requested Quest Labs to do the tests since LabCorp is not in our network provider...this was mentioned numerous times and I was assured they would go to Quest Labs.....and guess where I received a bill from?? Yep Lab Corp for $220. So I am very upset over this. I feel they should pay the out of network charge.

This place is a joke. We waited over 2 hours to be seen. My two year old had a 101.3 fever, swollen lymph nodes and his throat was red. The nurse practitioner (JOSEPHINE MOORE) would not give him medicine. My poor son had to suffer until the morning, until I could take him to his pediatrician. I will NEVER go here again!!!

You wait forever and looks like nobody is doing anything Dr came in said he was going to go get the stuff to run some eye test he has been gone for over 20 minutes someone Houghton eye kit in said she was leaving it for the Dr they dont have that many patients shouldnt have 2 wait this long really sad

Popped in and was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to sit and wait. I was able to come back when they were ready for me. Great system. The staff is awesome and the doctor was great. She listened and prescribed exactly what I needed. Appreciate them in our community!

Called at 5 for the save the wait thing which they advertise online. The lady on the phone told us to bring our very sick 4 year old in at 7:30. We got here and we have been waiting now for an hour and a half. This call ahead to save the wait thing is a bunch of bullcrap!!

Treated very disrespectfully by a nurse there. I was having a very serious issue and she yelled at me and I could even hear her talking about me behind my back in the hall. I left mid-visit, went to a real E.R., where I was treated like a human being.
