I at first thought they were competent and efficient....about a year later I found out that their bookeeping "LACKS TREMENDOUSLY" You see, on August 22nd, 2011 about a little over 1 year since I had been in to see them and Medicaid Paid for my Frames! These particular frames were round; "John Lennon Style" and were Made by: "GUESS" if you can believe that! Well, at first I was ecstatically satisfied with my new pair of Eyeglasses! You see, I Paid Extra $200.00 for PolyCarb Transitions Progressive Lenses to be installed! In the Accident I was in back last month in August, my Glasses were bent and I was forced to re-bend them by Hand so I could see! Long story short, I have recently requested another set of the Designer Frames, which they "NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO" & I requested they send me a COMPLETE BILL in the mail because they have no Scanner only a Fax! I, on the other hand, only have a Scanner / Copier / Printer with Fax Capabilities somehow but I am lost as to how it would work! They could only provide me a copy of the $200 I gave them & no Medicaid Info, supposedly, they were goig to contact their Accountant and then call me! It has been almost a week now & still NO REPLY from them! I am gonna be on their behinds nthis morning as this has to do with my Car Insurance Claim Replacing my Eyeglasses, they nee & require; (ALL THE DOCUMENTATION)! For this reason I find their services below standard! Any Business Should Be Able To Contact Their Accountant, I bet if they were being Audited they could get thru to her? WHAT SAY YOU ALL? James W. Ive been seeing this eye doctor for 10 years (minus 1). I tried another closer to my house and the service there was terrible compared to here. So I went back. He fixed the glasses that the other messed up, he was friendly, he hooked me up with new glasses for less co-pay than the other doctor wanted with the same insurance. All in all, a wonderful optometrist and I would recommend him to anyone. Support your local small business and not one of those chains that treats you like eye cattle.

this place is BS they had my perscription over one month. When I called to check why it is taking so long, I got a call back saying we dont want you as a customer. They lied, it does NOT take Medipass 7 weeks or 4 weeks to make glasses. Do waste your time, they must be stupid if they dont know how to submit a perscription to ins for glasses. & are they soo busy that it would take their lab 4-7 weeks to fill a perscription? No. they should be put out of business. Incopatant

My family and I have been patients here for the last year. I am very happy with their service. Both mine and my daughters glasses came in with in a week and was notified right away. During Thanksgiving I had an eye emergency and was seen right away with no problems, even though it was his day off! It is a very relaxed office that makes you feel at home. It isnt some stuffed up, suit wearing, pay a million dollars, type of place. I love it and I love the attitude of the Dr.

The Doctor is very friendly, I like the professional way he took to be accurate with my children. I like that he discussed tips to strengthen and help their eyes. I did not at all feel like I was just a file going thru the line. He took time to answer questions. I have been using this office and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is very relaxed and handle everything correctly. Reasonably priced- I really like the hometown feel. Thanks~

If you want to a eye-care office which is more personable and where you do not feel like you have to "take a number" and be rushed out the door or will actually take the time to explain your eye exam in laymen terms, this office should appeal to you. I have used them for the past 2 years and they have always followed up and called with information or when to pick up my glasses.

I visited the office to become a patient, but had to walk away. The front office is sloppy with paperwork spilling out of file folders and the high school students manning the front desk did not inspire me with confidence in the professionalism of the place. I went to The Eye Institute instead.

I called to have my old prescription sent to me having moved to Palm Beach county and was told the computer crashed with no backups and they could not help me unless I came into the office. 100 mile away. Sorry for my luck! Pathetic!
