Was a little wait but thats to be expected with a doctor office. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was explained and what I didnt understand was broken down and made easier for me to understand. Ordered mine and my daughters glasses and waiting for them to come in. Wonderful place and I highly recommend.
