I like the doctor, but had to wait an hour and half to see someone with an appointment that we waited a month for. Do not order glasses from them. It took us over 3 weeks to get them back and they didnt even care that it was so late after they promised us a week when we ordered them. If you have a choice go elsewhere. Not at all a good experience for me or my daughter.

First time we waited for over 1 hr before being seen then you go back and dont get seen. This is a HORRIBLE office. They make you wait excessive times and then they cannot get you in after you have to leave because you have another appt to get to after waiting for 45 mins for a 5 minute contact check. And there is nothing" they can do about it

I asked them to mail out a copy of my eye prescription and they told it will take at the most 5 days to get it. But its been 2 weeks now and I still havent got it. Not sure when Ill get it. It definitely doesnt take this long. It is kind of annoying. Other than that Ive not had any issues.

In my opinion ,i absolutely received sub- standard care. Please see my review on Yelp! Customer service manager Addys at this location also violated my HIPPA rights. Thanks to a second exam at Eyeglass World I can now drive safely!

Customer service is terrible..... 4 week wait for trial contacts, another week for appointment for fittings, then 4 1/2 weeks for contacts to come in.......WOW
