terrible, explained to the recepionist that i was in pain, she needed to get info to set up the appointment but did not want to take the time to listen , then after she entered it wrong i had to repeat my self, then she got very rude. would not take a stray cat to this location with help like that

Extremely rude, condescending and generally unhelpful. Dr Bertram (the pediatrician) has no business with kids. Hes like Dr House except he just takes your money and doesnt actually help people. Perhaps the worst doctor Ive ever encountered.
