This is not a great place, they are unethical and all about them not ur health or care. I have NEVER written a review for a doctor in my life because they all have been great no issues. But from day one, they did the bait and switch. I called to find a new doctor because I moved to manhattan and didnt know who to go to. So I based my choices off the reviews. I can tell you after 6 apt that I have been seen by This practice it has never been a good experience. One when I called them to get pricing for there practice they quoted me one price range( I explained my needs) When I checked out price was well over what I was told. I asked for worst case. I pay out of pocket so this was a shock I mentioned this and asked why was it so high she kinda shrugged it off saying I dont make the prices and he must have marked it for that. I asked what why so high, what was marked being done to make it this charge? I know a little bit about coding being I worked in a doctors office as an office manager. She couldnt say she just said well you must have talked about lots of things or had things done. I said no, it was was a short chat, I had my heart rate taken and listened to my weight and height and temp and some questions he asked I answered. I hardly think this is above normal to be charged what I was. No test taken nothing crazy. He asked about why I moved and explained why he decided to open to leave his previous practice and open this one which looking back now what he said should have been a clue not a good guy. He may know his stuff I dont know because he has never really done anything for me just check ins. Every time the price changes and isnt what they say I asked for them To check and let me know why? Never a response. Then I needed a letter written about my medical history for a reason. And 3 weeks pass nothing so I can to check in and they needed something else from me so I get that to them with in days then I wait another few weeks nothing then I have to call again to check and it took 4 attempts to get this done. Ugh which was not good. The lady at the front seems since but is super fake and she either is not that Intelligent or is passive aggressive. I doubt she is dumb but my point is she was less than helpful and not helpful to the patient at all. The icing on the cake was when I showed up for my last apt before I have decided to NEVER go back. I get there 2 min behind my apt which has never happened but ran into some issues and she says to me oh well the doctor cant see you since you are late we will have to reschedule. Which ok whatever u have to do but keep in mind might I add every time Ive been there is not busy but there is one person one time that was waiting and took 20 min to be seen them akothet 15 before doctor came in? Doctors office I get are like this in a busy office but not the case here. So thats rude . My time is valuable also. Then what set it off was she then proceeds to say I will be charged next time I am late $25 extra and that I was actually suppose to be checked in 15 min prior and that really I was 17 min late which I get a text reminder and the text says apt at x time nothing about this 15 min prior nor staying if I am not I will be charged if you are so strict about this then state that in the apt text and secondly this is set in place for people who are always late I know this because like I said I ran a doctors office... so I happened to be meeting some people for dinner out and they are from manhattan and knew him and said do not go to him he is bad news money hungry doesnt care about anything else but status and money... I was in shock yet relieved my intuition was saying somethings not right I was starting to think hmm what am I missing. those opinions who knows but his actions and how the office is being run certainly would lend itself to that. There are several other issues i wont discuss. I just wanted to give my two sense. Super disappointed in how I was treated. I did ask the doctor to call me to discuss. Never called me and this has been 2 weeks now.

I have just moved to Manhattan and have had to look for a new PCP. I hate this part as I am challenged to endure my health as it is; I just never know how a new doctor is going to handle that. I read and re-read several websites that were offering to take on new patients. The Manhattan Primary Care site was the most welcoming while being the most professional, direct, and informative in my opinion. I kept coming back to it. I was very impressed with both doctors military backgrounds as well. Those who have served us in protecting our freedoms have had to learn hard things about pain and the suffering of real people in the real world; that of combat, no virtual reality there and no medical school can teach it. I and my wifes first impressions of Dr. Harrison as he addressed my needs far exceeded what wed even dared to hope for. He was a very good listener and yet wasted no time in coming to the core issues of my conditions with a plan for initial and ongoing care. Thank you Dr. Harrison. Thom Swenddal, new patient at MPC

From the moment I walked through the door at Manhattan Primary Care, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff that was well organized and competent to my needs. It was a nice, quiet waiting space that was easy to keep focused in while I filled out my initial paperwork. Upon completion, the nurse asked me through the door to take my vitals and she actually seemed concerned for my well-being. I feel extremely privileged to have landed such a great primary care provider as this one after not having a PCP for the past 5 years. Dr. Bradley Harrison is professional, conversational, and exudes a genuine concern for his patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a Primary Care Physician. The location is great as well! I know that if I have any problems with my health, I can be seen quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate the work everyone does at this facility and look forward to bringing my continued participation through its doors. Once again, HIGHLY recommended!

Charles Martin

Dr Platz gets 5 stars as a family physician and I would recommend him to anyone needing a dr. Dr Harrison gets 1 star as an AME. If you are a pilot needing a medical, do not go here. He is not a pilot and doesnt have a vested interest in keeping you in the air. First time for EKG and it shows what the FAA terms a "normal variant" which means it can be ignored if other evidence shows its wrong. I showed him previous evidence from a year and half ago that same thing happened but the extra test showed it was negative. Well he wants me to do the extra test again to get a more recent one which is fine with me. Instead of having me do the extra test and come back in a few days with results, he automatically defers my application to Oklahoma City and now I have to wait at least a month dealing with them. Awful experience!
