My whole family has used this office for all of our dental needs, for many years! The front desk staff is amazing as well as the team of D.A! Dr. Georgia is by far one of the best dentist I have EVER encountered, she takes her time and her chair side manner puts you at ease, honestly cant praise her enough she is a great dentist! But if you are seeking orthodontic treatment stay clear from this location, this office has an orthodontist drop in one day a month. I have worked in the dental field ( orthodontic office) and have some knowledge. Well I thought about my long standing relationship with this office and made the decision to start treatment with the orthodontist! When I started he recommended invisalign, again I have knowledge in orthodontic appliances but at the same time trusted him due to the simple fact he worked in this office! I paid out the ass for invisalign ( again, I know the "actual" cost) shortly after receiving my first sets of trays my grandmother became Ill and I cared for her in another state until I was able to move her back, during this time I realized how much I HATED wearing invisalign, honestly Im not a good candidate for these trays! So upon my return i meet with this orthodontist and I explain to him why I want to be placed in traditional brackets, he gets an attitude leaves the treatment room and sends in the front desk manager who I absolutely adore to try and talk me into staying in invisalign, I explain that Im not interested in invisalign and I want to switch she went to speak with him and came back again trying to talk me into something I wasnt interested in! This went on for about 10-15 min. At one point I even heard the front desk manager ask him to come speak with me and he refused! This man is completely unprofessional and I explained that to the staff member, I have already paid over $4,000 towards orthodontic care at this office! Well needless to say this "orthodontist " chose to show a PAYING customer the door..... he wont see me, and I have an appointment with a different orthodontist at one of their other locations, hopefully he is able to right this wrong! It all came down to money! Invisalign is a bit more then traditional braces, I completely understand that I would have still been responsible for lab fees and such, but he didnt want to loose the extra money. The sad part is he didnt have a care in the world about the office in general losing my WHOLE family as customers! He literally acted like a 10year old... I have spoken in depth with care credit along with an attorney, Im beyond upset! My advice is if you need a great dentist with tons of experience and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for profession then definitely call and make an appointment with Dr. Georgia. But please take my advice when I say the monthly orthodontist that comes to this location is AWFUL, dont waste your time or money, hell dont waste youre insurances money with him!

I was a new patient and assigned here through my insurance. I made an appointment for a minor check up and teeth cleaning it took an hour and a half. I had about 5 minutes of face time with the staff the entire time I was there. The doctor looked at my teeth for no longer than a minute and the teeth cleaning took about equally as long. I do a better job cleaning my teeth at home. I was very disappointed. The office and rooms are poorly kept and dirty. I will not be going back and dont recommend anyone to try it out.

Doctor Sorenson was excellent. Great dental experience overall and the fact that she is very patient and thorough was a plus. Everytime I have visited the dentist office I am never disappointed and the cleanliness of the rooms are never in doubt. The staff is very pleasant and make sure to make each visit better than the last. I would highly recommend them and I was referred to them by my uncle and with his teeth, they are the best to go to in dire need of great dental work.

Excellent dentist here but there is something wrong with their billing. Be careful when you go here for services and you have insurance. They will charge you for payments upfront and still bill your insurance carrier. Then send you a statement showing that there is balance due and the upfront payments are not posted to your account. They have staff here that are snippy towards the patients. My family and I will be going to another dental group. I will no longer be robbed!

If I could give these people a 0 I would. My father who speaks Spanish asked one of the women there tif she could translate for him. And that ignorant woman responded saying "No I cant translate because were in Chicago." Lesson to every ignorant person in this office. AMERICA HAS NO OFFICIAL LANGUAGE. And when youre in a predominant Spanish neighborhood, its pretty damn important to speak Spanish. He will NEVER return.

The worst customer service ever!!! I waited in the dr office with appointment almost hour waiting for a dr to come in the room,ridiculous. Terrible attitudes,play a lot of manipulative games with the prices Work expertise very unprofessional I would take a dog there to get his teeth fixed. Pure facts. Fraudulent. Truthbetold the give of a prejudice atmosphere in vibe.

I would recommend this Dentist office to any one, they have great service, they get you in and get you out. Polite people, Pain free. If you are nervous, they make you feel at ease. pleasant and soothing music with a great atsmosphere.I Love this dentist office and they are great at what they do. Great Job You Guys

Ive been going here for years, after being referred in an emergency. I now live 40 miles away & have another kid & we all still come to Family Dental!!! They make you feel at ease & at home. They have often times seen me with an emergency within 24 hrs. Pain-free & a follow-up plan is always the course of action.

This dentist office is great! They are fast, efficient, polite, and they know their stuff. I have been there many times and I know I never have to be nervous because they really know what they are doing, and they do whatever they can to make sure you are comfortable and painless!
