I worked for this company for a short period of time and experienced the following. I was sent to a clients home that no longer resided there. I drove 23 miles one way and had to call the company only to be told they forgot to call me. Then I was set up for a meet and greet with the owner and after setting for 30 minutes was told it had been cancelled and they forgot to call. They offered me an 8 hour a week shift and when I refued the scheduler was very unprofessional and rude. Glad that I went to another Health Care agency where they know how to treat their staff and clients with respect!!

I worked here not very long. They called me an hour before my shift to tell me ive been removed from my client because he thinks I "look young." they told me id get a new client in about 2-3 weeks if i reminded them and my hours would be cut down to 15 hours a week. Im a single mom. Cant do that. They also didnt properly train me on things they should have. Ive worked for another compnay and have never had an issue or had complaints about the care ive given..
