Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Ever. EVER. They have lied to me so many times Ive lost track. They told me they carried a certain CPAP chinstrap I MUST have - LIE. They sent another one instead. They said they had made a mistake and were sending me the correct one at no charge - LIE. It never came. They said they were sending me my periodic replenishment supplies - LIE. They never came. And if you want a REAL adventure, try getting in touch with their "customer service" (and I use that term generously, since they have no intention of providing ANY real customer service). Lets see, the last time I tried, I got drug through automated menu after automated menu, and just when it seemed that I was at last at the correct menu, I get an error message that says, "This line is not in service." So I called back and selected the option for "If this is a doctor or hospital calling". They answered THAT one immediately. When I explained the situation, the smug and arrogant ... well, Ill be nice and call her "lady", but another word that starts with "C" comes to mind) ... lady says the only way to speak to CPAP customer service is to call the line thats not in service. She says there is NOTHING ... N.O.T.H.I.N.G. she can do for me. She cant call the company and tell them the line is messed up. She cant give me another contact number. Heck, you could tell from her snide tone that she really didnt even want to speak to me. So I said, "In that case, remove my name from your files. I will no longer do business with your company." SUDDENLY, now THERES something she can do ... get rid of a customer and his business! PLEASE, folks, do yourself a big favor and avoid these amateur idiots like they have the plague.

I wish I could rate them a negative 10. HORRIBLE!!! The wrong size wheel chair was ordered and delivered for my almost 10yr old daughter. I can live with that, mistakes happen. After I explained it was the wrong size they sent it anyway. However, trying to get the mistake corrected has been the worst experience ever!!!!!!!! I cannot understand the customer service agents. For some reason I keep losing contact and have to keep calling back. Same thing happened when my husband called. 3 weeks later, still no wheelchair. Good thing the hospital gave us a loaner.......Stay away from this place if you can help it!!!! The worst company EVER!!!!

If you deal with customer service, you will have a horrible experice. I placed an order with a customer service representative.and it never arrived I called to find out why and the company had no record of my ever having placed an order... wow just wow. Customer representatives are not helpful and can be rude. Stay away if you can. HOWEVER, if you deal with Apria directly, you will be pleased. I went to the office on Allgood Road in Marietta, Ga. and was treated extremely well. Make sure to ask for Pam Williams. Her professionalism and kindness will make you a happy customer.

This company is the worst I have dealt with ever!! Their call center is located in India unless your a doctor you can speak with the local office. They wont accept equipment back without a doctor order, but they will charge you for it. I returned equipment in October, and they tried picking it up yesterday. Then my 1 year old with sleep apnea had a sleep test, and they NEVER sent it to his doctor the results. Thank goodness everything was fine, but what if it wasnt.

Stopped using them in 2013 because send me CPAP stuff on auto orders, difficult canceling, miss billed me often... Dr. submitted me for a new CPAP last week... Apria called me the following day with the same non-sense... 10 months of payments... BCBS insurance says no, I can pay upfront... have called Apria 4 times now... their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Going to the local office for help... Please pray for me!!

Over the phone the customer service is below one star. Its horrible, BUT in the office Pam took great care of me. I had been given inaccurate information over the phone which that in itself can be an irritant, however Pam took ownership of my situation and was able to get everything squared away for me. Her superior was also in the office and got involved with helping. In the end I was a happy customer.

They are horrible!! They do not respond to calls....their customer service is not in this country...the customer service folk in the other country are a joke & clueless... their deliveries are ALWAYS late....they tie your time up & constantly change delivery times (causing loss of work - yours). If you can select another company to do business with, you should do so

Poor. Initial contact to establish Humana PPO account was ok but absolutely no follow up as to my CPAP supplies, what I needed, etc. Orders from my CPAP Clinic went unfilled. Trying to contact by phone terrible experience ... multiple menu levels, please put a bullet in my head music on hold. Id rather get a root canal then deal with this bunch!

Customer service by far the most ... apparently Im too disappointed to finish this review without cursing. If you have great patience and the ability to with stand a great deal of punishment, enjoy. I refuse to give them any business.
