Hemos tenido la necesidad de recurrir a los servicios de atención medica aquí en Miami, el año pasado y este año, derivados por la Cia. de Seguros AssistCard. El año pasado fuimos derivados a otros centros de atención y tuvimos malas experiencias, por mala atención, mala implementación y mala calidad profesional. Afortunadamente, llegamos a Ritecare, con satisfacción plena en su atención e infraestructura. Queremos destacar la actuación de la Dra. Maria Belen Game, quien diagnostico certeramente la enfermedad de mi mujer Victoria, luego de haber sido atendida por otros tres médicos previamente, de otros centros sin haber encontrado solución. Por esto esto mismo, le exigimos a la Cia. de Seguro, este año nos derivara a Ritecare. Muy agradecidos, les saludamos muy atentamente. Victoria Escuti Ercole Oppici

Super rude Doctor Maria Belen Game and manager Chris Vergara First the doctor knows only one question: "is there any questions for me" unfortunately its takes for ever to the doctor to come over and see you if you are planning to visit the ritecare please note you will be waiting forever The A/C is not working its super hot, maximum dehydration The issue started as we waited for almost two hours, imagine sitting in a room waiting for the doctor to see you for follow up When we ask how long more, the staff replies couple of minutes 4 - 5 patients came in and my wife supposedly has an appointment or at lease they called her and texted her for the appointment, she is been the first to be called to the room and the doctor started getting the other patients inside and lately the Manager came in and I wish he didnt come in after asking the staff at the counter, we became the next patient Chris so unprofessional so disgusting, Just a favor Chris pull up your pants its a patient clinic at the end Lately he came promised us its gonna be 10 minutes as he already spoke to the doctor while the receptionist replied him immediately its gonna take more time for the doctor to be free and he insisted that he spoke to the Doctor, now almost hitting the third hour and I am not sure if the doctor finishes her duty at 5:00pm and we will be re-scheduled Its just a follow up appointment!!!!

Every place has its pros and cons. I honestly read reviews on this urgent care and i saw a few of them werent so good but i decided to give it a try regardless because it is close to my home. To say i had an amazing experience was an understatement. First of all i showed up wednesday around noon and there were about 8 patients ahead of me waiting, assuming i was going to take longer than an hour i decided to go have lunch and come back after so i did but when i returned i was told by the young lady in the front that i had already been called, she immediately informed the nurse that i was back and i was called in within 5 minutes. The place is very home like, nice vibe. The doctor who saw me was an older lady very professional and knew exactly how to treat my condition, the nurse was lovely, smiley, nice, seemed very caring and made me feel comfortable. I had a great experience here, and i recommend this place to whoever is in need of medical help. The ritecare team did provide really good care for me and i thank you guys for that!

February 1 + 2, 2012. A great Urgent Care Facility. My 2.5 year old daughter fell into the coffee table and split her head open. We immediately hopped into the car, and I remembered seeing the sign for this urgent care facility. They took us right away, and all the staff couldnt have been more kind or helpful. The worked on her quickly - and put in four staples. My daughter - while not thrilled with the staples was impressed with their lollipop selection. The next morning I woke up with such a stiff neck I could not move. Turns out in the drama surrounding my daughters fall, I had wrench my neck. Carrying a toddler to the urgent care and then holding her, didnt help. They quickly diagnosed my muscle spasms, gave me a shot to calm things down, and even filled the prescriptions they had written for me on the spot. This meant I could return home and start the care they had prescribed without a trip to the CVS. Totaly would recommend them and would return should anything else go wrong.

Ive been to this location on a few occassions and did not any issues with their care until today. Despite having office hours listed as 9 AM -8 PM and my having called ahead to let them know I was on my way...imagine my surprise when I arrive at 7:35 PM and the office is closed. Add to this that the need for my visit was to seek urgent attention I can call their flagrent disregard for their claim to being an URGENT care facility nothing short of untruthful. I add to my complaint the utter lack of professionalism exhibited by the nurse who took my call at 7 PM and shortly thereafter took part in whatever decision making process lead to their closing 25 minutes early. In short, if you have an emergency...dont go here! If you expect service during posted business hours...dont go here. If youd like a call when test results arrive...dont go here. And more importantly, if you value honesty and professionalism from medical practitioners...do not, for any reason go here!

This place was great. Called on a Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone helped me with all of my questions...very friendly guy... I arrived and was greeted by another friendly and helpful woman at the front desk. I was a cash paying customer as it was a Saturday and getting out of town insurance approval was not in the cards. Within 10 minutes of arriving, I was put in the exam room. 5 minutes later the doctor was seeing me and within 5 minutes I was diagnosed AND they offered to fill my prescription while I was there. Since I was from out of town, I had no idea where the closest pharmacy was so having them fill the rx helped me out as well. Sorry...I didnt see any of the issues that the others did in their 1 star reviews. I was very satisfied and would definitely go there again if I need care while in Miami.

Bad , right from the start. When I walked in the first time the guy at the front desk tells me that they dont take Molina, when, in fact, they do.(but I didnt know it at the time) So, I left, went home and had to make second trip over there the same day. Once I got there the second time there was only one other person in waiting room and it still forever to get called to the back. Once I was in the back in one of the examining rooms, the wait was even longer. When Dr Maria Game asked me if I was pregnant. I AM A 63 YEAR OLD WOMAN. SERIOUSLY????, I SAI D TO HER in amazement. (how stupid is that?) and she stared me down and down and told me how rude I was! So, Im rude, shes an idiot!
